“Really like the new lights, however, the instructions and web site did not provide instructions on thethis new models settings. Finially called customer service which helped us set the timer. Would have been helpful if this was provided with the lights - even a small printed slip of paper or message to call customer service for settings. Drove us crazy for about 3 nights - trying to set the timer with no success.”

“I ordered lights for outside for Christmas. I didnt write back because I have just put them up. They are what I wanted & you did not disappoint me. I well pleased & couldnt believe such a small bulb could be so bright. “The candles that I purchased were exactly as described. The light they emit is a very soft white. It is not at all orange or yellow. If you are looking for battery operated window candles that look pretty and have the added convenience of an automatic timer, these candles are the ones you want for your home.You will not be disappointed.”

“Great product, fast shipping....only area of improvement would be to have a way to track an order without having had to register prior to placing said order. When I bought the lights I did not register and checked out as a guest; I then later registered after the fact. Since I had placed my order prior to registering I was unable to track it as it didnt show under My Orders despite using the same email for both the order and registeration. So that would be my suggestion, better tracking of shipment. That said, however, I was VERY pleased with how quickly the lights came to me!!! Will definitley use your company again.”
