“Absolutely love the battery operated string lights that I ordered. I have 12 or more sets and they are wonderful. Multi function and timer work great. They are outside at a Christmas Festival where there is no electricity. I have ordered several times and the shipping is very fast. Would definitely buy again and again.”

“website was very clear, and easy to use. I did have to call customer service because my computer was acting odd. I thought I ordered my lights twice. I reached customer service and he checked for me and verified that it was only ordered once. Got my package very quickly. Pleasure dealing with your company. I will order again in the future.”

“One strand of a 3 strand set doesnt work. Because of the ridiculously low cost of the set, the cost and hassle of returning doesnt make sense. But other than that...price, speed of delivery and selection are all outstanding! Ill be back!”

“I was surprised when the lights arrived that I received multiple strands of 100 (?) lights each as opposed to one long strand. I put them on an arborvitae just outside our living room windows. They look great and the set up was not difficult. However, one junction, between two strands has lost contact multiple times and I need to go outside and wiggle it/adjust it to get it working again. I really hope I dont need to keep doing that all winter!! Any tips you can offer to ameliorate this problem would be great. Thanks.”

“Order came with 2 defective units out of 12. When I called customer service was exquisite and it seemed as if the problem was resolved. It took 2 more calls (and weeks) but all was finally resolved to great satisfaction. I was truly impressed by how friendly and accommodating ***. was.”
