“In the directions to light the flame via the remote it says to put them in the on position. The only way mine will work with the remote is to set the switch in the middle between ON & OFF -Other then that I like them !”

“Product was shipped immediately and arrived sooner than anticipated. Upon arrival there was a problem with a couple of the lights and two new lights were immediately shipped to us. No questions asked or hassle. Product is outstanding and service cant be beat.”

“This is an amazing company to work with! I ordered two sets of rechargeable tea lights with remotes and a set of three pillar candles. They arrived quickly and in great shape. There was a problem with one of the candles (it worked, but it never turned green to indicate that it was fully charged), When I notified the company, they immediately sent out a replacement for me. They went above and beyond the call of duty on another issue as well (which had nothing to do with a product failure). I cant speak highly enough for this company or for the quality of their products. The candles that I received have a very realistic look to them both in terms of their outer appearance and the light that they put out. Having the remote is so handy as they can be placed in hard to reach areas. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with the customer service that I received. Thank you, lights.com!”

“I was very happy with all areas of my ordering procedure and processing. My order was handled promptly and efficiently. I received confirmation quickly and received my order in a short time. One of my orders was lacking a remote and I emailed this at once. I received a totally new order in 2 or 3 days of my email, and without having to return the incomplete order. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service and promptness I received in all phases of my order.”

“Super Bright Amber Flameless Frosted Votives, Set of 12 I used these for centerpieces I created for a rehearsal dinner this past weekend. I placed the frosted lights in a round clear globe and sat them in the center of the flowers. It turned out beautiful and we were able to use the center pieces for the wedding. I plan to us these through the holiday season also. Pleased with the turn around time, the product and customer service.”
