“The lights are beautiful. I wont be using them until spring. They arrived in perfect condition. However, I had trouble opening the battery boxes, without any instructions. I buy a lot of battery operated lights and opening the boxes is usually self explanatory or there are directions. These were quite a challenge. The tiny screws made it almost impossible. Two of them just kept turning and turning and would not come out. Maybe that could be improved upon.”

“Package came quickly, wrapped nicely and safely, and more importantly the light is more beautiful in person. Company took great care in making sure everything was wrapped safely and no scratches were found on the fixture. Words can’t describe how happy I am. Ps I usually don’t write reviews!”

“My experience with Lights.com was excellent. The package arrived quickly which was great. One of my candles was broken upon arrival, so I called customer service and they sent a new one right away, free of any extra charge. The only negative thing was that I didnt get my shipment notice (the your order is on its way! email) until the day my package arrived. I would have liked to track it while it was in transit, but it wasnt a huge deal.”

“These lights are as advertised, and I found them to be of good quality with a sturdy, weather-proof battery box. I placed two separate orders for them. The acknowledgement of the orders was prompt and the shipping was quick. The second order arrived after only about 36 hours. I am pleased with my purchase.”
