“The lanterns are beautiful. They are very nicely made and high quality. I will order more. I do have a problem with your website. When I try to access it with my PC it tells me that it is Forbidden so I can not get on your website. I have placed 2 orders and would like to order again but need to know what the problem could be. Other than that a great experience.”

“I am so impressed with this company. The candles were exactly what I wanted for the windows in my house. I was so excited about them and loved them them the first day. I ordered 24 of them and 12 were defective. I contacted them and sent photos of the candles that did not work or cracked wax candle base. I offered to send all of them back for a refund. The professional representative informed me that they would send twelve candles to me at no charge and no need to send the defective ones back. Now that's great service! I will definitely do business again and highly recommend their customer support.”

“Window candles arrived in timely manner. All worked well. Appreciated follow up offering to replace if any items werent working. Only disappointment was that when I went to order more of the same you were out of them. Loved the number of battery operated candles available.”

“The candle that I purchased is wonderful, but its the wrong color. I thought it would be, so its not your fault. Im trying to find the 6 Enjoy (3 flicker) candle in white. If you have any info for me, please contact me. I bought 5 sets of these candles a few years ago and the 6 was broken. We love our candles and want all of them. Please help!!! Thanks, ***”

“Everyone worked with us to get items shipped in 2 days. From *** who took our order to customer service having the shipment sent back (was not want we wanted) to accounting making sure we had all the information on the refund.....I would very much recommed Lights.com to anyone. They have been nothing but Great and we love the product we did keep here in Scottsdale. ***....your the best!!!!”
