“Before retiring, I was President of a well known mail order company, and when a customer called with a problem, we did everything needed to make certain the customers problem was fixed. When I call your customer service department with a product problem, you not only fixed the problem immediately, you went beyond what I would have expected. Ill enthusiastically endorse lights.com as a most trusted and reliable on-line merchant.”

“Im giving lights.com 5 stars because the site has a wide range of string lights, and they were very responsible in replacing the solar lights I purchased when they failed to work correctly. However, I would like to see the following product on their site -if its still available. Solar LED String Lights by Holiday Creations -A Division of Diogen Lighting, Inc. Model #TEA-7D01-B Series. Storage Component: Ni-MH Battery $39 dollars for 100 lights. They are the very best solar lights Ive ever purchased, Ive had them for two years and they still burn bright and long! I could not buy again on the site I first bought them from. I looked all over the web, but could not find these lights again. These lights go on at dusk, no auto turn off, and stay on until morning light. Even on cloudy days in winter in my area they charge well, and last a really long time. I would love to find them again. And yes, I have, and would recommend lights.com to others Regards, *****”

“Received merchandise in a timely manner. Product was of high quality and looked like it was described on the web site. Customer service was excellent as I found out when one of the light bulbs was broken due to rough handling by the shipper. I contacted lights.com about the bulb and they sent out a replacement right away. I received it in about a week. Very satisfied with my purchase and wouldnt hesitate ordering from them again.”

“The product is great and I love it but the shipping costs really drive up the price especially when ordering a smaller and less expensive item. The flat fee shipping is fine with larger orders though. Yes, I would recommend your product and would order more if it werent for the expensive shipping issue.”
