“Absolutely amazing customer service and delivery times. Within 25 minutes of placing my order I received an email to say the order was packed and delivery was requested. Express post meant it came the next business day. Beautifully made item which was exactly as pictured and described. Thank you for an absolutely seamless and enjoyable experience.”

“Love the dresses but have had no luck with washing and shrunk one of them even following the instructions. Will have to dry clean in the future which will add to the cost of purchasing these. Always get lovely comments when wearing the dresses and they are very flattering. Returns have been easy and communication great.”

“The dress is gorgeous but very oversized but I have made it work. I emailed Lilac and Mila to ask if they could hold a smaller size and they never responded. I wasn't going to waste money sending it back and it being sold out and ending up with a credit so I've made the dress work and it's a gorgeous print”

“Lilac & Mila have popped up on my Facebook so many time's and l had looked through pages of lovely clothing but was very hesitate to purchase due to being scammed before by other sites, but l really liked the dresses and wanted to purchase so l did and l couldn't be any happier, postage was quick, dresses fit perfectly to size chart, material so soft flowy. I'm now addicted and so are my daughters to Lilac & Mila.”

“Yes I love the many patterns and styles that you have. The material is soft and very comfortable to wear. On another side some of your dress sizes only go up to size 16 or XL which is a shame for women like me who like just a bit more room to move. Thank you”
