“Excellent service. Ordered Wednesday night, tracking number received Thursday morning, arrived Friday lunchtime from interstate. The dresses are beautiful, particularly the Indiana in the Kimber print. Great communication from Lilac and Mila, kept up to date at every step and I love that every order helps plant a tree. Thanks so much Lilac and Mila.”

“The dress was amazing but I paid for express shipping and it was normal shipping I received.”

Hi lovely, We're incredibly sorry to hear that! We have recently changed our shipping system and are taking this feedback very seriously as we are still trying to figure out aspects of the new system... Our new system automatically analyses the customer's address and finds the quickest / best shipping option to that address... If the parcel can be delivered in under 3 days with regular postage, our system will select that option. This allows us to keep the shipping costs minimal for you ladies as express shipping ranges from $9.95 to $20.00 within Australia. We however want to make shipping affordable whilst still ensuring that our customers receive their items promptly, hence why we only charge $9.95 . 🌺 I can however see that your order took 5 days from the day it was shipped. The system should have therefore selected express shipping! We are more than happy to refund you the cost of shipping 💕 We hope this helps and once again want to apologise for the incovenience, Lilac and Mila Xx

“I ordered a Jaase brand top using a credit note from a previously returned order. The top arrived promptly and fit as described. The top has tassles on it and arrived with the tassles matted and tangled like it had been through the wash. If it weren’t for this, I would’ve given 5 stars.”

“Beautiful products and good customer service. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have some larger sized models so that other women who are over size 16 can see how the garments float and sit on a larger figure. Video is also really helpful to see how a garment moves with walking, turning etc.”

Hi lovely! Thank you for the kind words and feedback 💕 We completely agree with you and that is something we are constantly working hard on with our suppliers.. In the meantime, there are actually a few things we are doing to show the garments on different body types. We currently work with some beautiful ladies ranging from sizes 8 to 20. Various content including videos, try-ons and photos is uploaded to our social media pages weekly. We also try to include the sizes in every post to make things as easy as possible for you lovelies. Make sure to follow our Instagram @Lilacandmila to view these posts 🌺 Additionally, we have also created a group on Facebook called Lilac and Mila - The Girl's Chat. In this group, all of our beautiful customers share sizing advice and photos of the garments on. Hope that helps ❤ The Lilac and Mila girls Xx
