“Hi Nick, It was a absolute pleasure dealing with Richard (Ritchie). I started this process with him a few months ago after hearing about yours company from Lisa. Both my husband and myself have pre exisitng medical condition so we knew it was not going to be easy for us to get Mortgage Protection. Richard was very pateint and helpful throughout the whole process. Unfortunately at the time the sale fell through. I rang him on Monday in a state of panic as we were trying to sort our Protection out immediately. Low and behold he can though for us and got everything sorted for us withing the week. We recieved our paper work toady. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done. Amazing service.”

Having a medical condition, I knew getting mortgage protection could be tricky, but they were outstanding in helping me secure cover. They made the whole process easy, stress-free, and were always professional and supportive. “I wasn't actually sure of what I wanted when I first got in touch but Nick asked me some questions and recommended income protection (which I didn't know was a thing) and then the whole team was very helpful all through the process, answered every question I had and it was all sorted very quickly.”

The website is very informative as it is but also John made the whole process simple and explained all the options so clearly. “We are so happy with the support and help Richard Westman provided us with. With us having health problems, he didn't make us feel like we are judged or any less but was well informed and explained everything to us with grace.
