“Nick was very efficient and patient. Where other companies had said they would not underwrite me for mortgage protection, Nick asked questions and looked for more details and found a company with no hassles and no extra costs. Nick and Hannah take time with their customers, answers questions and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Mary, Cork.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. So impressed by Nick and Hannah's knowledge, professionalism and clarity. We had a tricky medical history and were quite concerned about the type of insurance we would be offered, but we shouldn't have been, thanks to Nick & Hannah. “Very prompt and efficient service . Delivered exactly what I wanted and within in the timeframe so no chasing or disappointments. “The service was exceptional, Nick and the staff went out of their way to help us, it was a stress free process, always on the phone or email to help with our queries, our needs were completely understood and the advice given was far better than we had gotten with other companies. I would highly recommend and will definitely be dealing with them in the future..”

“My experience dealing with Hannah and Nick from Lion could not have been more different from my experience dealing with our bank's broker who took up literally hours of time, upsold other non-critical policies constantly, didn't listen, and then got snarky when we told him we weren't happy with what the insurer was asking from us. In stark contrast, Hannah and Nick were on the ball, understood exactly what I needed, gave me exactly what I asked for at a really good price, and even when I messed them around a fair bit with dates and timing and changes, remained helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough and will be going back to them for other insurance that we'll need, soon.”

“Nick and Hannah were incredibly helpful in negotiating what policies we needed when buying our house. We were given impartial, unbiased, personalised advice for all aspects of the process and made sure we received the best policy and price we could have. I have already put people their way and will be back when renewing or adding policies in the future.”

“Nick and Hannah were by far the most helpful and quickest to respond when it came to looking for Life Assurance. They were so reassuring and we felt confident that everything would be be arranged for us. The guys even worked late into Friday evening for us to ensure a fast response. I honestly couldn't recommend Lion.ie more. Professional, friendly and even a hand-written note to wish us all the best at the end!”

“Excellent cumtomer service. Nick answered my questions on life assurance without ever trying to sell me a product. It made me feel comfortable, he was very informative and knowledgeable in this field. After my search of the Internet Lion's quote still came out the cheapest. Their online quote generator is easy to navigate and well designed. Every question I asked via email was answered promptly and usually writhin a few hours. From experience, other insurance company's have a 3 day turnaround. Overall, highly recommend this family run business. James McDonald”
