“I have never come across customer service like this in Ireland. Nick and Hannah are not only knowledgeable about the insurance industry, but they are quick to reply and always ready to help. They arranged mortgage protection for me for nearly half the price I was quoted elsewhere. I highly recommend Lion.ie.”

“When we were in the process of buying our house, I dreaded the thoughts of figuring out the life insurance side of things. I looked up website after website to try to figure out what it all meant and what type of cover we needed to get. Then I came across some articles/blogs from Lion.ie that explained everything in a straightforward and entertaining way. It is very easy to just spout insurance jargon, every company is doing that, but it takes a real skill to be able to translate something so technical (and at times a bit boring!) into something that is informative and easy to follow. Reading through the various articles from Lion.ie, we ended up really feeling like we understood what we were doing. The process of applying for life insurance through Lion.ie was absolutely seamless. I could not get over the level of responsiveness and customer service from Hannah. Queries were dealt with promptly and everything was just so easy. This is how every business should be, it was a pleasure to deal with Lion.ie and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. First class service.”

“Both Nick and Hannah offer a real personal and professional service - all online. We were kept up to date at all stages and while we had medical issues to deal with, Nick's advice was very welcome and helpful. The premium was better than expected. we're so happy we went with Lion.ie.”

“Communication was simple. Any email we sent with any queries was always promptly responded to by either Hannah or nick which made the final stages of buying our house a lot less stressful. Lion also offered very competitive rates which we were really pleased with.”

“Having looked at other broker sites, I did not like that I was just shown the cheapest quote. I wanted to see all insurance provider quotes and choose the one that best reflected my needs. Through using lion.ie, I got to see all quotes and read blog posts to gain further information on each insurer. This allowed me to make an educated decision on which insurer was best for my mortgage protection. Once I filled in the form online, Hannah was in contact with me promptly to complete the application. The entire process was made so easy with everything completed through email. All questions were answered so clearly and quickly. I highly recommend using Hannah and Nick at lion.ie for top class customer service for your insurance needs!”

“First I would like to thank Lion.ie team -Nick and Hannah where pleasure to work with. From the very beginning they understood what I needed, offered me excellent product and followed through the process. I got updates on progress, they knew my name and case when I called. I was very pleased that Lieon.ie used digital signatures and there was no paper involved apart from the final cover letter. Our contracts where signed at our computer and smartphone. Lion.ie was friendly, modern, efficient and effortless company to deal with . Thank you guys , it was pleasure working with you.”
