Delivery was speedy and quality is fab, though I sent an email on Monday explaining that the garment was too big, and requested returns details. I haven't heard anything back as yet and would like to order a smaller size.

Paid for delivery which was given as 5 business days. No sign of product and no communication from Little Fields until I contacted them after 10 days. At this time I learned they were awaiting stock from their supplier. Not really good enough for the purchase of an animal health product in the middle of an avian flu outbreak Product eventually dispatched on an upgraded next day service.

Took a long tim and the contents of the tub which was split in half was all over the bag it came in, made a right mess when I opened it, it could have been packed a lot better, bearing in mind how rough Royal Mail can be. I managed to get it on my garden borders OK, but of course some of it was lost.

My experience was not good. Smashed stock lead to delays and a partial order being shipped. Communication were generally good but they broke a delivery promise. Still I think they are a genuine company.

I ordered it 2 months ago and it has only just received a email saying that it has been dispatched 😭 its not very good with communication otherwise it’s AMAZING i would shop here again

I have emailed you to express my disappointment with the wreath but had no response. It’s not as ‘full’ as it looks in the online pic and it’s absolutely full of glitter.....this is not mentioned when buying the item as the description is ‘blank’ on your site. It doesn’t look glittery in the photo......and I hate glitter! I would not recommend this product.

Goods arrived fairly quickly, however not well packed, enabling the poles to damage the rake heads. I think they tried to blame the manufacturer first but I said no, then royal mail and again no, as it was clearly careless packing of quality goods. After all that, as no more stock was imminent, they credited the damaged items straight away. I trust the packers will learn a lesson from this. Very pleasant people to deal with though and I shall use again.

My delivery took longer than expected however I understand we are working in difficult times, I had a call about an out of stock item which I was offered a replacement, I am so glad as the original item ( snowy wreath) was the same as the green wreaths delivered, had I known I would have ordered the same in the green. The ones I received are very sparse, I will have to buy greenery to bulk them out as I couldn’t sell them as they are. Delivery was well packed, I was emailed to let me know when it was arriving. I will use this company again however I will need to pass the additional costs onto my customers for the better wreaths.

I ordered on the Thursday but item not despatched Until following Monday! I emailed asking why and got no response. Item arrived safely and we'll packaged 7 days after I ordered it.

Quality products but not great customer service. My item arrived in store damaged therefore it couldn’t be sent to me. No one informed me of this and just left me waiting 3 weeks. I had to ring to see where my order was. A quick phone call to inform me of the problem would have been appreciated

COULD NOT FAULT THE DELEVIERY AND PRICE OF THE ITEM COMPAIRED TO OTHER SITES, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WHEN POURING THE MILK IT RAN ALL DOWN THE SIDE AND HAD TO A TISSUE UNDER IT ALL THE TIME
