Goods were just what I wanted when they arrived but unfortunately comms were delayed due to Covid. As I had paid by Paypal I assume the money was taken anyway but an acknowledgment on order of the delay would have been helpful.

Order was only partially fulfilled and delivery was quite slow. I received a refund for the unsupplied items, but the carriage costs turned out to be twice the cost of the supplied item. I sent an email commenting adversely about this, which was not responded to.

The ordering was easy on the website. Product OK. The long delay in delivery was unfortunate but understandable in the Covid circumstances. What was NOT appreciated was the total lack of response when enquiring about the delay. Telephone had a recorded message saying we aren't able to answer it. I sent three emails seeking advice re delivery. None were acknowledged. Ordered 18 May. Eventually delivered 27 June. Gave you a bad image.

I ordered something which said it would be dispatched within 15 days. Nearly a month later I emailed as hadn't recieved any dispatch emails or emails about why the delivery was so late. I was told that something I ordered wasn't in stock so they dispatched the items they did have and refunded the other item. I would have preferred if I had been told sooner that there was a problem and asked if I still wanted to go ahead with the order as by that point I didn't actually need them anymore as I had waited so long I'd bought the items elsewhere. Once dispatched the items arrived in a day or two. I've given the benefit of the doubt with 3 stars because of all the issues coronavirus has caused. The product itself (a number of large plastic plant pots) were the size they stated and fair quality for the price paid for them.

My order was considerably delayed sue to staffing problems associated with lockdown. They answered my enquiry email promptly and courteously. I have now received the goods. I imagine in 'normal' circumstances their service would be OK.

You should make sure your stock records are correct I waited weeks for delivery of the sprinkler that was supposed to be in stock.

Overall, happy with my purchase. Product was good value and as described. Delivery could have been quicker (or at least clear on how long), but responded quickly to my enquiry.

Very good prices and most items received in reasonable time (about a fortnight), however one item was missing from my order and I have contacted their sales email address and website contact point several times, but yet to receive any response after 12 days.

Took a while to arrive but that's not an issue but the bottoms of both the coffee and tea caddy were scuffed, I'm not sending back as this line is discontinued and I may not get another one

Prices were good, ordering was straightforward and delivery time was acceptable under the circumstances. Unfortunately a packet of seeds as part of my order was open, probably intentionally, there was a big loss of seed and it made a mess. Despite due to the Covid situation, patiently trying several attempts to get a response from customer service on this issue, there has been none and I therefore unfortunately have to conclude that in case of a problem, their Customer Service is non existant.

Two 12" plant pot saucers ordered 8/5. Royal Mail e mailed on 18/5 to say they had item. Royal Mail delivered 20/5.

Whilst my order was very delayed because of COVID, Little Fields Farm were responsive after I reached out and gave me an update on my order. It was a shame that they didn't do as I asked and cancel/refund part my order that was now obsolete (root trainers for runner bean seedlings - I'd had to make do with loo roll centres because of the delay). But given the circumstances, I would probably buy from them again.

The goods I ordered arrived in a good condition, in recyclable packaging which was excellent. The order was slow to arrive and even took longer than expected after I had received dispatch email
