Delivery was slow. Coronavirus is not really a valid reason - other suppliers are still managing to deliver very quickly. But otherwise, experience was OK.

So I got the (good value) (excellent) product eventually, but only after about 4 weeks; I could accept that if they kept me informed but the dispiriting part is that their customer service team simply did not respond to 3 email enquiries from me as to why it was taking so long, even after it was saying it had been despatched and they clearly don’t have the back-end system to let customers see the status of the order. I hate writing bad reviews but I suspect this is a well-meaning small business but that it is under resourced for full-on e-commerce. Perhaps they can sort this out. I hope so.

Happy with the product itself but very difficult to fix it to the wall. There was no screws or instruction on how to do this.

Delivery was a little slow, compared to many other items purchased at this time, and two of the four bottles had leaked

Though I know the order was placed during the Coronavirus pandemic, I was a little disappointed that after the initial placement and payment, nothing was heard for 2 weeks. When prompted for an update again nothing was heard until 3 days later when I suddenly received notification it had been sent. I appreciate that times are strange and you may well have been overwhelmed, but other similar types of companies have performed much quicker

I was pleased to get Vitax cactus food from you. Delivery time was fine given the present circumstances. I thought your postage and packing charge was very high so would prefer not to buy from you again if I could get the product elsewhere.

It took to long to get to me , in all 12 days, and we cannot put all on Royal Mail......because I had ordered things from other people and had It in a few Days

Dispatch took a while; but that is understandable at this time (corona virus). Better communication however would be appreciated (even a weekly update on average dispatch times during this uncertain period would be helpful)- as personally I would prefer a longer delay to delivery than having had any uncertainty over when I would receive my order.

The quality of the the leather is not very good. It was very difficult to get the attachments to fasten to the reins. The positive is, the flexi reins have really help soften my mare's contact who has a very soft mouth but she is very nervous whilst hacking and head high the action of the reins has allowed me to ask more with little pressure which has enabled the mare to take contact and listen.

Everything I order arrived and without any damage. But it did take far longer than expected to receive my order. Very few updates during the process.

Delivery took over 2 weeks to arrive which was annoying as I wanted the items ASAP, would think twice about reordering if it takes that long.

I ordered 4 x Ultra Fine Insect Protection Netting - 1.83m x 1m, expecting 4 small pieces of netting. What I received was one large piece that needed cutting down. Its not a major problem, but I specifically ordered 4 off so each piece was cut correctly.

Prompt delivery. As described. Unfortunately bolt despite being screwed tight fell out on first day. Replaced with longer better bolt and was fine
