I was happy with the products I received and the prices, but I was disappointed at the delivery time. It was 10 days from ordering to receiving and that's just too long for a UK based firm. I needed my items so it was a long wait and that would put me off using Little Fields Farm again.

My last purchase has been problematic. It was delayed because you didn’t have the correct poultry nipples in stock. It would have been helpful to be informed of this delay. I have been in touch within the last few days to say that the chickens cannot use the nipples. We have bought Eton bottles elsewhere with poultry cups which are working well. I have informed you of this to see if you had similar stock but had an unhelpful reply. I have sent a photograph of the cups but had no further contact.

I got a very prompt email after placing the order. But then nothing was delivered for almost a month. I phoned and was then told that one of the items was unavailable. It would have helped if I was informed about the unavailability earlier. After the telephone conversation and one item deleted , the other was delivered in a few days.

I gave this mark as I had to phone them to find out what was going on with my order. I waited two weeks with no e mailed or a call to say they didn’t have any and was waiting for stork

Had to chase the order as nothing had been notified. Initially told 5 days, I chased again at around 10 days. Did send goods out after that chaser. Need to work on communication and keep customers informed of what is going on. The goods received were excellent quality and exactly what we wanted.

Although the ordering was easy and service was fine, the products I purchased, 2 bean slicers, are very disappointing as the blades are not sharp enough. I have used my old slicer for over 10 years and the beans slice through easily, the new ones are so blunt that you have to force each bean through. Obviously I could not return them once I had used them. Total waste of money.

I ordered some lawn weedkiller and told that they are taking upto 10 days to deliver. After 13 days I emailed them asking as to when I can expect my item, Little Fields did not respond, I read a few very poor reviews so I put in a complaint to Paypal. Hey presto 2 days later my order arrived.

Eventually everything is ok. Delivery took a long time (over a month) and I was worried that it was going to be Autumn before I got my Summer lawn food. The troubling thing was that it took a few emails and phone calls before I could get in touch with anyone regarding delivery. The product did arrive and is now applied and watered in thanks to the thunderstorm in the night. Hopefully the product will work as it describes.

Online ordering is the norm these days and most companies have good systems. The order and supply went well. However I had wanted whatever I ordered for a specific reason and I rang up to find out when the item would be delivered. That's where the person who picked up my phone call was inexperienced and not very helpful. I wanted my delivery on Monday which she said would be fine but the goods came on Friday 4 days later.

When an order is placed give an estimated delivery date. And please answer emails. They should have been checked daily.

The pandemic had obviously had a huge affect on your business so you told us promptly that you were unable to supply one of the items on our order and that the other would take a long time to arrive. So we were reassured and happy with the service.
