“It is such a great pleasure to share our wonderful experience working with Loandrone Inc. for our home refinance. Rick Rawlin and his wife Sierra were so organized and completed our refinance from beginning to signing with a notary in a record three weeks. I should point out that this is our sixth home and we have had a number of refinances through the years. My wife called Loandrone Inc. on the phone and left a message. Rick returned her call very quickly and went through our numbers during that conversation. Rick was able to lower our house payment by $386.00 per month. My wife and I are thankful we had the opportunity to work with Rick and Sierra Rawlin, who are true professionals. Harry and Darlene Andris”

“It was dumb luck that I answered to letter in the mail referencing doing a ReFi. Kristi happened to be the one that answered the phone. Within a few minutes of conversation, she said she'd been doing this a long time and was sure she could get it done. As a self employed business, those refis are the hardest. We had tried 4 other times with different lenders, over 2 years, who all said the same thing but to no avail. After 4 previous ties, I knew this was going to be a true test of willpower. None-the-less, I took a gamble, decided to invest in the time and work, and we started. It took over a month with one more thing needed each day and a number of times I decided to just quit but Kristi convinced me to hang in there. She responded to messages and information at all hours of the day. Does the woman ever sleep? The amount of documentation required is not for the feint of heart. If you don't have absolutely everything at your fingertips and you're not a Triple A rated person (we are) and don't have the patience of Job and the fortitude of Zuess, forget it. But, Kristi kept saying she was making progress and the underwriters were gonna go on her recommendation and work. Eventually it all came together. We shaved a few points off our previous mortgage and are with a top flight lender. We'll save a ton of money over the length of the loan. If it hadn't been for Kisti, I don't think we 'd have ever gotten there. I've never met her and probably never will, but each day, I look up and give thanks that she happened to pick up the phone when I called. Nice job! We'll certainly hand out her cards.”

“Scott Keller is the person that assisted me. You couldn't do any better. He was very responsive, patient, timely, and knowledgeable. I had his cell, he returned calls and worked outside of normal hours all the time. I expect customer service to be friendly and helpful, it is nice when they can take care of everything due to their knowledge and you don't have to get shifted around to a lot of people.”

“Carley was excellent. We were actually in process of refinancing with the holder of our exiting loan that we expected to facilitate a prompt refinance. Wrong! After several months of delay and having sunk cost into an appraisal, we took a leap of faith and put our trust in Carely and loandone. Our trust was rewarded. Our final closing cost offset our prior sunk cost in the appraisal and we dropped our rate by an additional quarter percent. We closed in a month of initial contact with loandrone. Kudos to Carley and loandrone!”

“Jai is one of the best finance person I have ever worked in my life. He thinks ahead, always responsive, works extremely hard ( even on weekend), very customer oriented and always thinks win win. I have worked with him twice now and its one of the best experience I have. On improvement front, I really can't think of anything. He is the star every company needs.”

“As any loan process goes through, there are always few glitches. But what makes the process less overwhelming is the loan officer. In my situation, Scott Keller was the loan officer. He was forthcoming and candid. At the same time he was aggressive enough for my loan case. One big item for me was that loan term never changed. For those who have gone through the mortgage loans experience higher rate than the rate was promised at the inception loan process. My special kudos to Scott. Thanks.”

“My other lender could not get the job done. I am an independent contractor, which for some reason, lenders don't like. Kris reviewed my credit and income and assured me he could get me a loan. He got me a great loan and made the process easy. He even helped me tweak my FICO score by suggesting I pay off one of my small credit lines to ensure I received the most favorable loan terms. I will recommend Loandrone to my friends.”

“It was a pleasure working with Kristi from Loandrone. She was professional, honest and more importantly, she will let me know before I even ask or notice that she made a mistake, and will tell me how she corrected it. My transaction took a little longer for reasons beyond neither Loandrone nor my control, but everything went well in the end. I will recommend and use Loandrone in the future. “Erik Forgue helped us refinancing our home mortgage in March 2021 I called Erik to inquire about the mortgage market and liked his approach right away. He shared all the information I needed to decide whether it was the right time for us to refinance. I never felt that Erik was trying to sell me a product; we rather discussed the market trends to narrow down on getting a rate lock. Throughout the origination process, I felt that he understood our needs and worked towards making the process smooth for us. He was readily available via email, phone call and text messages. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family for any future mortgage needs.”
