Dear Miss Coombes Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have looked into your account and spoken to the team. We are sorry to hear that you have had issues with damp - this is the first time we have been made aware of it. We know that you had some payment issues during your stay with us. We understand that customer's can occasionally have cash flow issues and so we worked these through with you. I have tried to call and left a couple of voicemails and also sent two emails to try and better understand the problem but we've not heard back. We have inspected the unit (which is less than 18 months old) and it is dry and fully watertight - is it possible that you put things in damp? Storing damp and wet things is not something we recommend and we highlight this during our booking process and also on the inside of your unit door.
