“The team at Loc-Box were everything you want from a small(ish?) business: friendly, efficient and not expensive. I was impressed with how personable the people I spoke to on the telephone were, and how helpful and reassuring they were. Then, the access to the locker was incredibly straightforward and convenient. Even handing the keys back was simple and the subsequent refund for over-payment was done incredibly quickly. The price I paid was well within the bounds of what I had budgeted, and I was actually hesitant to give the keys back so soon. I can't recommend their service enough. Thank you.”

Helpful Report

“Rented a container to store household items in preparation for a relocation. Loc-Box provided a cost effective, local storage solution to meet our needs. All the staff were helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Emma who was our main contact at Loc-Box for her initial advice when we were looking at different companies. The service offered felt more personal and was a huge influence in our decision to go with Loc-Box.”

Helpful Report

“Great location, easy to use, reasonably priced and good customer service. Only quibble was I loaded my container from a house move using a Luton van and I was put around the far end. It was hard to get the van around due to the positioning of the containers. If they lost a container each end it would have been much easier. No issues when using a car or Transit.”
