“Easily accessible units. Competitive prices. Did get a little damp in the winter which lead to some damaged wood items. I think this would have been Avoided if I had not left them directly on floor.”

“The Market Harborough site is easily accessible , well maintained and managed remotely by a friendly and responsive team . Access can be a little tight if neighbouring units are in use . The 24 hour unmanned access is very convenient . On occasion the lack of a covered roof proved limiting .”

“Overall this is a fantastic service. The units are very big and secure, the site is open 24/7 and the cost is good. My only quarm is that we rented a large van (VW Crafter) and had a lot of difficulty navigating between units. Later trips in my car were much easier.”

“Easy access to the site if you have a larger vehicle or van , you would be better off requesting a unit nearing the entrance, as the turns are tight but not impossible.can be a nuisance if some body else is at their unit as you can't pass them.”

“Very friendly, and helpful staff. Site is on a slight slope, so worth trying to make sure you get a suitable container if you are storing things on wheels etc. Several times over the 18 months I stored here, the door hinges would drop making the unit inaccessible or unlockable, but the team at loc box were always very helpful and fixed the issues quickly.”

“Great location, easy to use, reasonably priced and good customer service. Only quibble was I loaded my container from a house move using a Luton van and I was put around the far end. It was hard to get the van around due to the positioning of the containers. If they lost a container each end it would have been much easier. No issues when using a car or Transit.”

“Competitors comments about things getting damp or smelling musty were not true. My stuff was in storage for 14 weeks including when the snow came down and there were no issues. The one negative is how tight the site is so not suitable for a removal van unless small - Luton van max. Some units better located than others.”
