“Loc-Box staff were really friendly and helpful when I enquired about a unit to rent. The whole process was easy and quick to set up. The unit was clean and the lock and mechanism were easy to use. Safe storage”

“Awful company. Cramming as many storage units in as possible meant i was unable to get past other vehicles to leave in an emergency. Intrusive security nosing into my locker. Rude, aggressive staff on telephone. Fees significantly higher then competitors. Avoid at all costs.”

We are so disappointed that your experience with Loc-Box has resulted in such a poor review although we cannot find your email address in our system as a current or past customer. All our sites allow for up to a long-wheel based transit type vehicle to navigate around our site. Rarely, when 2 or more customers are in the same area of a site this may require a short wait or to come back the way they have come. Our experience is that our customers are polite and accomodating to each other in these circumstances and there is always an alternative way to exit the site in an emergency. We would only enter a client's locker if it had been mistakenly left unlocked to check if the customer had vacated or if a customer had unfortunately fallen into arrears and after attempting to work with them we may have to foreclose their account. Please get in touch if you felt our team has been rude or aggressive, this is not acceptable to us and we wish to investigate this immediately as we have never had this feedback before in over 800 reviews. We are confident that our prices are competitive for the service provided and we regularly benchmark our offer with local competitors. Thank you for your review.

“Was very good at the start of use , no problems at all . The guy that "patrolled " the yard was bit of a jobsworth though , rather intrusive. I left because of change of policy regarding the storage of motorcycles . That's all I had in my unit and was made to feel unwelcome at the end”

“Very easy to set up, access and cancel when no longer needed”

“Really helpful company when booking and very good at communicating once you are using the storage unit. I had failed to lock the unit and they called to advise and offered to relock the storage unit ( with a spare padlock) for me if I could not get back to secure the storage unit. It was good to see that they are on site and ensuring every thing is safe. two days after I stopped using the storage unit I had a refund on the days I did not use in the month. Highly Recommend Them”
