I had high hopes for this ‘bread’ but it doesnt live up to the hype. My husband tried twice and said never again. I have persevered as it’s handy to have a wrapper but at best it’s tasteless.

Hi Lorraine, Thanks for letting us know your thoughts, it's really hard to please everyone. Many people absolutely love Lo-Dough and a few seem to dislike it intensely. It appears we have a Marmite product on our hands. Are you sure you used it correctly? What did you make? We'd love to help you love Lo-Dough like so many other people do. Feel free to pop us an email over at hello@lodough.co. and we'll be more than happy to assist. Many thanks, Team Lo-Dough

Hi there, Lo-Dough took 2 years to develop, uses expensive premium quality ingredients and is produced using an incredibly complicated and time-consuming production process. Each batch taking 8 hours to make. We feel all this goes to make Lo-Dough a truly revolutionary product with a nutritional composition, texture and shelf life unlike anything else on the market. The price is in no way deliberately set to make Lo-Dough inaccessible to people, it is simply the result of how much it costs to produce. We are working tirelessly to find ways to reduce our production costs so we can bring the price down, and we have successfully brought the price down by 7% since launching and now offer subscriptions of big boxes at a further 15% reduction. We are dedicated to bringing our product to a larger market and reducing price is at the core of this strategy. Many thanks, Team Lo-Dough

very disappointed with the texture, was like eating polystyrene. I even tried to fry it off a little to make it crispy before using as a pizza base but the texture put me off. Shame really as I’m on a low carb diet so these would of been ideal

Hi Rachel, We'd love to help you have a better Lo-Dough experience. It's taken us 3 years of hard dedicated work to bring our product to market and it really upsets us to hear about it when someone has a bad experience. We genuinely believe that when prepared correctly Lo-Dough doesn't go like polystyrene. Please, can we talk to you about how you used Lo-Dough and explain where we think you might've gone wrong? We'd love to hear from you. Please respond with your email address or drop me an email on hello@lodough.co. Many thanks, Team Lo-Dough

For the amount of money, the texture or taste wasn’t that great. I wouldn’t buy again.

The product wasn’t great. Texture was like eating a sponge, no flavour at all. Not for me.

I appreciate the time and effort that went in to making lo dough and by all accounts people love it but, to me, it just smelled like chemicals. Sorry :(

Hi there, Due to our very special production process and the exotic nature of our ingredients, Lo-Dough can have a mild aroma that is unfamiliar when first taken out of the packaging. We certainly wouldn't describe it as chemically and we've never had this reported before. We find that once topped or filled with additional ingredients, any mild aromas become completely negligible. We're sorry Lo-Dough wasn't for you. Many thanks, Team Lo-Dough

What a waste of money, £5 for 2 pieces of polystyrene or £24 for more, I’d rather take this syns and eat actual food. Used these as flatbreads and it was very disappointing. Won’t be buying again, and feel fellow dieters should spend their money elsewhere as this alternative isn’t worth your pennies

Far to expensive for what it is. Was ok didn't expect to much as it was so low in calories. Would have bought more based on taste but can't justify cost.

I bought lo-dough as a low calorie replacement for pizza bases. I followed the instructions but they came out soggy under the passata and toppings, I tried cooking for longer but it didn’t improve. I think lo-dough is a great idea but very expensive! Won’t be spending £5 for 2 pieces again

The service was excellent. But the dough itself was utterly inedible. It tasted truly awful and the whole box has been binned sadly!

I was looking forward to trying the low Dough. The colour put me of straight away Its very pale. And the feel of plastic. The taste ...well not as bad as It looks. I wouldn’t The look, the taste and the feel IS not nice. I follow a low carb diet, and I know It’s never the same as normal bread. But this Is not that good.

The delivery was very quick. Packaging is good. Lo dough unfortunately tastes like nothing... I know you either avoid carbs or enjoy your food, but even for low carb - and I tried to make it into pizza - still very wool- like texture... fantastic replacement, as it holds its shape and everything, but just absolutely not for me... 😐
