Order placed on 03/05, dispatch note on the 5th, courier tracking showed it was still in their sorting facility on the 10th so I contacted LF and got a response that the order was lost and will be replaced. I got a dispatch note on 11.05 with no tracking info. Contacted LF by email and then via chat on 17.05, two weeks since placing the order, and was told they cannot tell me when they will send the order; apparently they are doing "internal investigation" and only when it is finished they will advise me on the date I would get my order. Really? i understand this would be the right approach if the courier said they had delivered but this is not the case, the order has never left the courier sorting facility and is clearly nothing to do with me; any normal retailer would apologise, send a replacement order and do their internal processes (investigations or whatever) in a way so that they would not affect a customer. The order shows as complete when it has not been. Multiple emails and chats lead to nowhere. Talking to the agent was very much "computer says NO". QUOTING (discussion on 17.05): agent: Your original order was dispatched on 05-05-2021 due to the order being lost we have raised and investigation and requested a replacement today for you. Once the investigation has been completed we will get this sent out for you. me: I already got an email saying it was resent on 10.05. I want to know the date the order will arrive please agent: Unfortunately I am unsure why this was sent to you as I have the information this was requested for you today. As this is under investigation we are unable to give you a date unfortunately. me: how long does this take? i appreciate you may not be able to answer it but can you check with your team leader/superviser? agent: I am very sorry for the inconveience caused here. Due to this being an investigation we will not be able to know when this will be dispatched. "

Do not use them as if you do not choose to track your order at checkout which is more expensive as I thought choosing standard delivery was enough you will not receive your order and their customer service tell you they have no way of tracking it with Fed Ex. Very disappointing and I haven’t been offered a refund or store credit though asking for one as it wasn’t a small amount I paid. Customer services says politely they are terribly sorry but can’t help Do not use

Really slow delivery times. Waiting over a week for an order. Just doesn't have same efficiency as other brands getting deliveries sent on time.

Ordered my products on the 4th of May it is now the 15th of May. Absolutely ridiculous! And then they said they didn’t have my post code which they had. Id imagine it’s completely down the courier they are using but still a shocking service. Another thing is the courier service do not have a direct email or phone number so it is hard to track down tooth parcel.

I purchased an electrical product in early April. Received a faulty product, and requested a return and refund. They accepted and said they'll send a courier to pick it up. Courier doesn't show up. I complain, they reschedule, courier doesn't show up. I complain, now they say they are "investigating". It has been well over a month and I am still getting "we're investigating" response. There's nothing to investigate - they sent a faulty product! Until you have a problem, they're fine, but beware if anything goes wrong. Plenty more of ethical sellers out there, LookFantastic can forget about my custom forever!

I have emailed customer services 3x but as yet no reply. My daughter purchased nu-face trinity for my birthday. The switch "broke" within a few weeks. It was replaced but recently the same thing happened and I tried to contact them without any success. I am now suspicious that my model was one of the Chinese counterfeits and not the real thing. It was an expensive item but a very poor service.

The worst experience with online shopping and customer service . Felt like a scam. I spent much energy and time to resolve this. Delivery was nowhere to be found and the trace link didn’t work. You can only contact them via email or text. I did complain and asked for a refund as the order was never delivered after a month but they refused to do it and let me wait . They were unprofessional and replied in an irrelevant way without addressing my concerns about my money or the order . I had to reach them 7 times and some of the the agent “closed” the chat instead of helping . Finally they gave me the refund(a month later) but that’s not enough for all the troubles they put me in. Never again !

I paid and order products I never received , I try to contact Coustumer service about it few times then they advised me to wait is 3 months now not products no refund! It’s robbing hard working people !

They lie they say they shipped n never did. I think they make deals with the shipping companies to fake delivery because 2 diff sets they did this to using 2 diff delivery companies neither actually arrived. Also they trap you so you can't really complain without giving your details and signing up and there are terms and conditions you must agree to first. Won't respond to feedback email and say so. Thieves I'm out of over two hundred dollars fyi

Ordered a set of haircare with next day delivery. Tracked it on their shippers website and the delivery date kept changing to the next day. This went on for over a week with numerous online chats with their customer service (they don’t have a telephone number to call). I was told they would investigate however today (10 days later!) they finally offered me a refund. I believe they never had the products in stock but didn’t want to lose out on the sale.

Absolutely disgusting how you lie to your customers in a very friendly way. I never received my package and you guys still keep saying the order is on it's way. Even though I can clearly see you have not sent the package from your store in the first place. Unbelievable. I do not recommend this cheating web shop to anyone. I will definitely make sure none of my friends or people here in Finland will ever order anything from you.

Beware of awful customer support service and scam with beauty boxes subscription! First due to not in time update of the data on the website and lack of proper support service, when during each contact they assign new manager who do not trace the issue and you have to repeat all issue from the start, I lost my beauty box and barely recieved refund after dozen of complains. Second , despite I turned off autorenewal and deleted payment card details , subscription was renewed for next 3 month period and now they say I can't cancelled it until the end of subscription term and will continue to be charged!!!!!! That's simply scam and violation of customers rights! The products that sells Lookfantastic are not unique and can be purchased in any other e-shop, better avoid them

Free gift scam . Total misrepresentation . Get you to order a certain amount by providing a great free gift , then don’t send it and cancel the order for it . I will be taking this further and have demanded a full refund and will be returning my other products .
