I was told my order had been delivered. It had not. Nor was it ever traceable or even filed with Royal Mail, despite it saying it was sent via them. I spent a lot of money here, as I stupidly looked at only the top two entries on Google for reviews. But when you scroll down it’s really terrible. How does a company get away with this, it’s simply fraud!! So many people have spent money and had nothing in return! They try to hide these terrible reviews on their Instagram but if you’re nifty you can find all the angry comments that have either been hidden or have a generic customer service reply. The company has not replied to my messages.

Sneaky company Please read before buying. If you buy a product or service you would expect not to have to try find and small print in Terms and conditions that is not mentioned on the product page. So I brought a gift card for my partner and no where on there product page does it say you can only use the full amount in one go otherwise any remaining balance is lost. Neither does it say this when using the gift card or buying the gift card. So we used £50 and then was told when trying to use it again that it can only be used once loosing the other £50 on the card. They say it’s in there Terms and Conditions that I finally managed to find after 20 minutes of two of us searching there site. After some research I am not the only one who has had this issue there are many others. How hard would it be to mention this on the product page or in the product description as it is clearly a big part of the product. When I got in contact with them they couldn’t care less and kept saying it’s in the terms and conditions which is extremely hard to find. Based on there lack of customer care I’d hate to think of what other practices they have with any other issues you may find along the way.

Awful customer service when my order didn't arrive I had to chase them up to find out where the order was for them to tell me it had been sent back to them as it was damaged. They refused to give me a refund and to cancel the order and that I would have to wait for this order. After numerous conversations was told I had been given a £5 credit on my account as a gesture of goodwill - this never even got put onto my account.

A bottle was empty. Everything was wet and dirty. A mail gives an error. Bad respondent at instagram. Don't order here

Ordered a lipstick I’ve worn for years. It came in similar packaging, however when comparing the shade of the lipstick I was sent to the lipstick I purchased previously from the manufacturers website the shades do not match. When I send pictures and asked for a refund, I was told the company needed to “investigate”. Shady and unethical website. False advertising and misleading marketing tactics. Fake Stila products.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way they have dealt with my query. I made an order on the 20th of July and it is now the 3rd of august and it still hasn’t arrived. I was told it would be here on the 27th at the very latest. Online chat has been disabled and every time I email them they send a generic email back with no answers just excuse after excuse. This company has taken my money and not sent my product. I have no option other than to report them. Avoid at all costs!!

Bought an expensive skincare product - It was faulty. Most of the product leaked from the fault. Lookfantastic refused to replace the product, stating "more than 14 days" had passed. This is not a part of the policy I agreed to. They told me this is their "internal policy" which they enforce despite it not being part of the terms and conditions actually agreed upon by the consumer. Also, the fault was only found when laying the product on it's side, so was not immediately obvious. Even the parent company of the item said they would work with LF to organise a replacement but LF refused! Disappointing, as I was about to purchase a bunch of other products they stock - But I will not be risking my money with this company ever again. Absolutely disgraceful

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PRODUCTS WAS IN BAD SHAPE I ordered a cleansing mask and there were molds on it and they are not refunding nor shipping a new product to me MOREOVER order took 2 months to be shipped and there are still missing items AND NO ONE answers about canceling the missing item NOR shipment DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Twice I have ordered from look fantastic and never received the order, it’s so hard to get in touch with this company and takes them ages to respond back to you, im still without products and without refund, been 1 month now. I order online all the the time never have this kind of problem and if I do it’s quickly resolved. Look fantastic does not resolve the problem fast enough. It’s been two weeks and still ain’t got my refund and I’m having to constantly chase them. Just really bad. Fed up honestly never am I going to order from here again.

2 wrong items sent to me. Not as described in pictures. I wanted to return the items but they said wait until someone gets in touch in 24 hours. 7 days later after emailing them 3 times and what’s app chat messaging them 4 times I got nowhere! Unresolved. Don’t bother with them their service is rubbish.

Worst service ever. Ive been waiting 2 weeks for my goods and refund. Not received either!!! Got told my next day delivery parcel had been lost ONE week later after I chased it multiple times! Still getting charged for goods ive not received because Look Fantastic apparently put a refund through that wasnt approved after i waited another WEEK for it! They sent me no confirmation of the refund so chances are they didnt do their job right from their end in the first place and the refund was never sent. So disappointed and will make sure never to recommend them. Ive still not received the refund!!!!

I had not yet entered my secret pin for the purchase on my credit card, so i thought the purchase was not done. Well, the amount was deducted from my card! This is cheating and a bad scam! then i got mail withtracking id and purchase order number, well tracking id does not exist. The purchase order number does not exist! when i click on the tracking link it says there is no such link!!!This is total scam!

I ordered a parcel from look fantastic at Christmas that went missing and never received it. I ordered another parcel a few weeks ago and it was never delivered again, still waiting to be refunded . Poor service and customer care.

I ordered goods and paid in full with PayPal. I got my order in dribs and drabs, in different packages (very unusual practice, as I shop a lot for cosmetics, clothing, shoes sand jewellery) other popular companies package your order, in the same package! The reason I mention it (you may say, don't be so annoying as it's not a big deal, but I will explain!) is that, after receiving about half of my order, the company sent me this very threatening note, in the lines of 'you have not fully paid for your order, so we can't ship the rest of your order, until we receive payment for them!!! I text them back and said, that I had already paid in full and would they please send the rest of my order!! I got no reply from customer service! Also, they must employ very stupid people or staff that don't care (the latter seems most likely) they sent me one of my items, it was a Garnier rose scented tonic yet it was in this huge box with only a few bits of shredded paper, meaning that the bottle was just being bashed about inside and naturally, the lid cracked because the bottle was wrapped securely (a smart person, would wrap it up well in bubble wrap, use cello tape to secure the lid (my lid bottle opened from all the bashing around in the box!) use a box closer in size to the product and cushion the product, securely, using more bubble wrap and or loads of shredded paper!! The bottle was half empty as it had leaked out of the broken lid! I told them that too and got zero reply! I am usually, on the ball and read company reviews before I buy from them but I took a chance on this company. I read awful reviews of people being scammed out of big money, one lady lost about 133 pounds as she was English! There were many more such bad reviews. Pay your normal price or even a bit more (often you are paying for the excellent customer service, that is actually part of the product, that you're buying!!!!) MY ADVICE IS, DO NOT USE THIS USELESS, TIME WASTING, SCAM ARTIST COMPANY!!!! Ps. Buyer beware!!

The website offered a discount and a free full-size shampoo with a certain purchase. Purchase was made but the offer on their own website was not honoured. Trying to discuss with customer service but their reply, which has taken over a week, is simply that the offer wasn't valid when the order was placed.

If something goes wrong with your order, prepare to not see it for weeks or hear back a helpful response. I've been waiting over a month to receive my package and over a week since last communication. If you can, shop somewhere else where customer service isn't so unhelpful and can't do anything for you. I've been asked to provide proof and sign a letter saying that I will be prosecuted if the items did arrive and my claim is false....my order was around €30......of basic items. I won't be ordering from this website again, I'd happily pay more for normal service.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Was chasing my refund for a month,dealt with about 15 different employees. Response time super slow too. Staff not reading the threads before responding,it's seems like they drag the refund process hoping that you will eventually give up. Promise the refund and don't process it on time. I would not recommend this company for electronics item orders, I have ordered Babyliss Lasting Sleekness Flawless Curls Straightener, it was electrical fault in it. The straightener was making weird noises switching off itself.

Look Fantastic auto renew your subscription without informing you. They then demand payment. So they basically have ordered goods for you and then expect you to pay. How is this even legal?
