“I have been subscribed to lookfantastic for about 6 months now.i have never had an issue with shipping or being disapointed with my orders.i have ordered quite a few items after trying their products sent in the sub box.my daughter has been with them for alot longer .she loves them also.”

“I wasn't planning to write a review but I think that this company deserves it. I paid for fast delivery, which was suposed to come within 1-2 days and even after 4 days, my stuff didn't arrive. I received an email from look fantastic informing me that the delivery failed since nobody was home ( which is not true, because there is always someone ). Apart from that, I received a phone call this early morning (from the delivery guy) informing me that they will not do the delivery today, since I leave a bit far, they have a lot of work today and for these reasons, they will pass by tomorrow. Not only that I couldn't take my products on time, but I even paid extra for fast delivery. For sure I will NEVER buy from this website again. p.s at the moment that you are planning to cheat your client, I highly recommend you to coordinate with your delivery company first :).”

“Terrible response to my reporting a parcel not recieved. Queries not addressed, messages replied to the wrong person in my correspondence. They took the evidence of GPS van co ordinates as evidence of delivery when My Hermes told me they had sacked the driver involved due to a series of same issues. Look Fantastic did not reply to PayPal Correspondence so case found in favour, thank god I paid PayPal as they were not going to honour the order. I have spent thousands with this company and never had a problem. The one time it went wrong it was beyond frustrating. They wouldn’t answe my query about how to cancel a beauty box subscription because I have lost faith. They are now too big to care. Buyer beware.”

“Very expensive charges for deivery and tealised only after paying. Have requested 2 min after order to amend order to avg cost of delivery and response was negative. To cancel order you need to send a letter... Delivery charges scam, I learned my lessons”

“Does everyone know about the bundle box free when you spend a lot of money in a order? FAKE. THEY DID NOT SEND ME ANYTHING. It is disgusting see how all your savings are gone to reach a gift and you expect to get something THAT IS IN THE ORDER but never sent to you. Of course I sent a message, they replied to say sorry and that's it, that they need to remove it from the web, but of course they won't do it to gain more money. And today there is an offer disccount BEAUTY20 with 20% disc and free bundle but they can't give me mine? Disgusting.”

“The worst customer service ever and when I say that trust me is not exaggeration still after a month waiting for them to figure out what happen to my order they keep saying they are investigating. No consideration for a customer how so ever.”

“I am terribly disappointed with everything about this site. First of all the site took my money despite me cancelling before the bloody payment. Furthermore the customerservice sucks ass, why you might ask? Well they ignored my question about them robbing my money. Lasty, the cherry on top was me recieving a package that was full of conditioner that had leaked out over everything else i ordered. Avoid this site at all cost. Kind regards from angry customer.”

“Avoid at all costs. Breach consumer rights and offer no protection of delivery of goods. I ordered over £350 worth of GHD equipment as a present with next day delivery. Despite giving no authorization for the parcel to be left in any “safe place” the parcel was left outside. Which in turn was stolen. I raised the non delivery on the same day but after over a week of back and forth with customer services I was told yesterday I would receive a refund to only receive an email today revoking that and stating they are satisfied the parcel was left in a “safe place” outside my property. I have spoken with citizens advice who have confirmed my rights regarding this and the fact it is a breach of consumer rights and their contractual obligations to deliver the goods securely. Customer service are at a shocking standard and simply put there is no Care for the customers. I have now raised a formal complaint with the business and it is my understanding they are unwilling to use an ADR/ODR complaints resolution service. Trading standards is the next step”

“The worst customer service I've ever seen! They disconnect chat with you without solving any issue! They are lying that item you want to be replaced is out of stock when at the same time its available on the website. Never ever i order something from them again! And do not advise to do it!”

“Bad bad bad company if im aloud to call this shop run by amateurs 9 days for my order to be delivered with 13 emails and time spent on chatting line postage very bad for fragile items nit worth the money and your time better business minded companies out there very very very bad not worth even one star”

“Very bad company!! I will never order something from here!! I wait more than 10 working days, then reorder again because they don’t know where was my order. So I wait more than month for shampoo which I never received and I take my money back. If this is business I don’t know what is not for them..”

“Ordered items and paid over £60 and they just took the money and didn't deliver. Don't use this company if you actually want to receive your products. SCAMMERS! I tried to solve this with their customer service, but it's a joke! No money no items. DO not ever use Lookfantastic”

“Their products are authentic as I’ve no problem using them. Just there is a con part which they DO charged additional almost $2 each time I purchased. I didn’t noticed until my 4th time purchase as I was feeling broke so I start keeping track my expenses. And realised why am I charged extra!?? I did email their customer service. And they just told me they charged me correctly according to the order sheet at their web inside my account page. And I reply them with my bank statement showing their company charged me more. And then their customer service never get back to me anymore. Hidden charges without stating what it is. Aside from that, Their packaging sucks. I purchased glass material item they did not put any bubble wrap or air pouches to protect my items. So if they gonna tell me that additional charges are handling fees I think they should just f*ck their own faces man. Don’t come out and harm and scam people, I hope they just closed down since they have no dignity and pride in doing things. So just purchase at your own risk.”

“If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Waited weeks for a product that never came. It took them days to reply back to me with a generic response that did not even attempt to rectify the situation. A waste of time and money and a truly frustrating experience. Finally just disputed the order with my credit card company.”

“I ordered items over a week ago for next day delivery. Still not received them. Sent numerous emails and messages only to be told ‘ they are looking into the matter’. Poor communication all round. No refund can be given !!! Extremely disappointed to say the least. Would not buy from them again”

Either you pay additionally for tracking or after 30 days they make you print and hand sign a form to refund your money. Complete wastage of time and money, its like a ponzy scheme! Shop on other sites instead.”

“Ordered amongst other items a mini Macaron gel nail kit .. polishes were tacky And not setting properly .. contacted CS to explain .. told to upload photos and batch numbers. Then frustratingly asked to provide other irrelevant information such as previous products purchased . Awful system via portal and extremely poor communication .. expecting a response within 24 hours but feel like I’m going around in circles .. unless this is resolved shortly I wont be using again And would not recommend !”
