Order 186634406 Such a bad and fraud website never think of ordering with them !!! One month now and still not receiving my order !!! I tried contact them and always they say we will see and contact you!!! 30 daya now !!!!!!!!! I am going to tell everybody all my friends and reviews everywhere to let Everyone not to be fooled!!

Would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered a parcel on the 30th December as there was a VERY LARGE advert all across the site that next day delivery was guaranteed to arrive before new year if I ordered before midnight. Unfortunately the parcel arrived 3 days later on the 2nd January and I was no longer at the address. No apology given by the staff, customer service only replies once a day maximum. They would not redeliver the parcel and also I would have to pay to have it returned. I will not order from Lookfantastic again.

ordered Elizabeth Arden Plump Perfect ceramide lift and firm cream moisturizer, what came was Elizabeth Arden ceramide lift and form moisturizer. No INVOICE in the BOX no info from where it came from. This was a misleading advert, and not what was ordered. I will NOT be using this Company again. GOODBY

I purchased a Beauty Box for my niece which provides samples each month for 6 months. I then were back into profile to see when last box being sent and saw they had added auto renewal. I cancelled auto renewal but deduction came out this month again, I have contacted customer service now twice and as I didn't cancel (in their words) "in the small window of two weeks" then I now have to continue for another 6 months. They are unreasonable and I did not order this.

I've made my order on 30 November, the estimated arrived time is 10 Dec to 18 Dec, on 18 Dec I find them through livechat they said need to wait 30days to seen as my parcel is miss. I waited for 30days still haven receive my order, find them through live chat again and said will give me a full refund, I haven receive any email regarding my refund. I'm really afraid I won't get my money back, I really spent a lot in this website and this is my first-time purchase, I thought it is a Singapore website it should be secure, I'm Malaysian. I regret that I didn't see their review before purchasing, really upset! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!

Dont buy from these cowboys!Received two filthy dirty boxes of Laura Mercier bath cream ( £30 each) Customer service no help whatsoever, several emails later and received £4 refund! Absolute joke!

AVOID!! I placed an order for several items, a couple were to be Christmas gifts. It was meant to be Next Day Delivery, in time for Christmas. Still waiting and none the wiser if and when my order will actually turn up, as Hermès are the couriers. However Look Fantastic don’t seem to care either. Really poor customer service. When you do manage to get through to them, they are clearly eager to fob you off by saying it should arrive shortly. No follow ups or updates whatsoever. Wish I had read reviews before spending my money with them. I will not order from them again.

Poor Customer service. Buy with caution. They send you round in circles trying to return faulty items. Under Consumer Contracts Regulations I have the right to return. Been 4 weeks now and still not been given their ‘authority’. As if that’s a requirement? Take to all sorts of social media and let people know how bad they are!

Ordered under their guidelines for being in time for Xmas. Now not being dispatched until the 23rd. How is that in time for Christmas? I'm stressed and no one is responding to messages. Also I qualified for free next day delivery when ordering but when going to the checkout it wouldn't give me an option. Look fantastic is literally ruining Christmas

Having ordered something there was a delay in my order not knowing when I would receive my order I tried to cancel as it was for a Xmas present I was then told by live chat that wasn’t possible but could return if no longer wanted so when item delivered I returned it at my own expense !! Then waited for acknowledgement by look fantastic nothing for a week various emails messages live chat followed were they answered me then ignored my replies finally got a answer on email to say my parcel had gone missing in the warehouse !and to wait up to 14 days for a reply I found this unacceptable for a company this size there lack of communication and care for a customer who would have been over £20 out of pocket is not acceptable I had to contact PayPal to raise a dispute and guess what a refund the next day from them I shouldn’t have had to do all the chasing for this never had issues from a company like this I won’t be ordering again and judging by the other reviews on here I’m not alone.

Should’ve done some due diligence on this company before ordering. It’s been 3 weeks and my item has not been delivered ! The response from the firm has been that you’re required to wait 30 days before the item can be considered missing. Absolutely not worth the wait - never purchasing from them ever again !

I have had the most horrible customer experience with any order and any provider - I do not recommend lookfantastic to anyone. I have ordered a number of Christmas stockings from lookfantastic, from October’s paycheck (trying to be prepared!). Firstly, the order was delayed. Thinking Christmas was still many weeks away and it was for Christmas, it wasn’t too much of a problem. The the men’s stocking was sent separately. It was a far less quality than expected but at least it turned up. After many delays and complaints, the women’s stocking was sent two weeks prior to Christmas (still hasn’t arrived though). The prices of the stockings have dropped to half than what I paid - yet the customer service team refuse to partial refund the difference; only offering the option to return and repurchase the items! With their dispatch times being as useless as they are, it’s just not a viable option this close to Christmas. Their customer service tools and process are ridiculous; you can’t reply to their emails - everything is setup against their customers. Useless and disappointing - please do yourself a favour and avoid the company.

Avoid ordering from this site at all costs! I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my order and still nothing. I emailed them and have been ignored! I have phoned them twice and on both occasions have been waiting for over 20 mins to speak with a representative (not a free phone number by the way). After eventually getting through, I was informed that they are trying to track down the courier and will then contact me after 48 hours! This has not happened! They have taken my money and I have received nothing! What an appalling company!

I have received a faulty product and immediately contacted customer services. Despite several emails and photographs ,I have still not received a replacement. Have been a customer for years and am absolutely sickened by their behaviour at the moment. I don't foresee this getting resolved now I have seen previous reviews. I will update if I do.

DO NOT ORDER! I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER!! They have sent a used product and it is mission impossible to get your money or a replacement due to numerous reasons.

Worst company ever, glad that I paid with PayPal so will be able to raise a claim, received email that items dispatched on 07.12.19 with Hermes and tracking number shows it was delivered on 06.12.19, will never ever use it again, should've read reviews before purchasing.

Worst company ever. Don't buy from them at all.. I placed an order from them and they did not deliver I read some reviews and took action immediately I contacted them for a refund and cancellation of my order which they refused so I contacted citizens advice and got told I had rights as a consumer in requesting cancellation if my items were not shipped or if they were shipped I had 14 days or sometimes up to 1yr and 14 days to return them I had two options contacting my bank and requesting money back or contact them again requesting cancellation if they still refuse them send them a letter requesting cancellation keep a copy of that and they had 10 days max to reply if they didn't we'd be going to court. I don't play with my money especially if I am being ripped off. My order was pending for more than 4 days despite the fact that they took the money out of my bank account same day I purchased it. Costumer service is awful.. The reseon they refused at first to cancel my order was because I had gone past the time to cancel which according to them was 15 mins from purchasing.. Lol jokes... I told them I spoke to citizens advice and I knew my rights as a consumer and they could not refuse to cancel my order it was all a mess after arguing with them and threatening to take action they next morning received an email and THEY FINALLY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND I GOT MY REFUND. Take action go on citizens advice website and read about your rights as a consumer.

I've used this site to buy Christmas Gift and there was no email that says my item has been dispatched. Contacted customer service online and after I've given all my details, I was told "You will have an email shortly from the relevant team about your order I can not discuss further at this time Take care" and was cut off immediately. I checked my email and the below was the reason: "I am sorry to let you know that we are currently unable to ship your order to you as the information provided has not met our security requirements." I know for sure there is no issue with my card as I have used it before and after this transaction. My conclusion is after I read other reviews which I regret I didn't do it before is that they don't have the stock available. All the sale is to lure people in getting rid of stuff they have and ripped off people by disputing things which they claimed to have delivered.

Avoid. I received two thirds of my order 5 weeks, 6 emails and one phone call later. The only product I actually wanted was refunded because they ran out stock during the black Friday. Lookunique uses Hermes for delivery, and they are notoriously unreliable. Packages get stuck/lost and show the same status for weeks. Additionally, the aspirational 2-3 days delivery excludes the unaccounted for order processing time. That'll take days, not hours. Life's too short.
