Absolutely appalled by customer service! They refuse to help me with my order which is missing and has not been delivered to me😠 I am loosing my money and my products which I have not received! They refuse to help me and I keep having to email back and forth with not resolution! I want a refund😠

Ordered item 29th march. Hermes had package 2nd April. Every day they kept saying 24hours delayed. It was now the 20th april. I emailed look fantastic 5 times. They kept fobbing me off saying our team are contacting the courier everytime i emailed them. Then i got an email .... "good news it's out for delivery today!" Which got clearly wasn't. It was still at the sorting depo. Then I was asked to fill out various forms to say I'd checked at my house and with neighbours. No delivery had taken place. Again it was still at the sorting drop . After mentioning I will take them to trading standards etc, and that my contract is with them and not the courier. And for them to speak with Hermes on my behalf. Guess what....... Hermes suddenly delivered the next day! The customer service is absolutely shocking. Each time you talk to some one different. The what's app is terrible. Each time asking for your order number when you've given it for the 100th time. I will never use this company again. Guys. Please don't give up with this company is you are having issues. Keep emailing them, Facebook them etc. . But please use another beauty site for future...

I don't think this is a credible website. They took my payment but the product never arrived; it was meant to be a gift. When I was ordering, I've entered an invalid email address by accident. Usually, websites will prompt you to let you know that the email address is invalid. Their whatsapp help service is a joke- different people will ask you a different question each day about your order, but never follow it through. This is more like a scam rather than a genuine website

Extremely disappointed with the service received. I placed an order (#206398016) and have now received the package with products missing. The products that came (La Roche Posay foaming gel) were opened as well as this. No account of purchase was received after the transaction or update on delivery. I understand this is a challenging time for everyone but this is extremely bad customer service - products opened and missing?? Can I please be sent the missing products as soon as possible or else receive a refund.

Order 207112908 I bought a GHD Hairdryer this week as mine was broken. I expected this company to be good I wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased. We are in a Pandemic and they sent me a DIRTY TATTY BOX AND INSIDE WAS A USED HAIR DRYER WITH HAND PRINTS ALL OVER IT. Amazon sent me a lovely sparkly nice new one the next day. I have asked the to collect this as making me return this at the moment by going to the post office is putting me at risk. They refuse to arrange a collection as £99 to them is not high value. MISSING the point that they sent me out a disgusting product that is used covered in hand prints I am going to take this further this should not be trading until this Virus is over as they are clearly NOT following the guidelines to remain open

I have ordered the item since 05 March but now is 05th April I haven't received the goods yet. Been contact Whatsapp few days ago but seems like the customer service keep pushing the inquiry from one person to another. I haven't got any answer yet! I really hope that I can have refund. I wouldn't purchase any item from this website again.

Really poor customer service. They do not contact you if there is a problem with delivery. For one order, one of my items never arrived and they didn't even email me to update me on the status, I had to personally chase them about it several times before I received it. Another time, my entire order didn't arrive even after 10 days had passed. I received no communication from either the courier or Look Fantastic, I had to message them 3 times and each time they said it would arrive within 24 hours and it didn't. I eventually had to request a refund. Their customer service team is unhelpful, incompetent and they outright lie to their customers. They also don't want to fix things when they go wrong - it took over 3 messages for me demanding some form of compensation for them to even credit my account with £5 after I had waited over a MONTH for an item to be delivered. Their service is shocking and I would highly advise NOT to purchase from them.

Worst customer service I ever had!! did order The ordinary products got allergy after I used them for week, my skin is red and burning. Sent them pictures of my face after, all the product pictrures because they guarantee mone back if you have any of this kind of issue... after week wasting my time to reply on their silly msg no refund issue, they are not helpful, annoying, I feel like they does that to annoy their customers... NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD

Do not order as they do not refund if you use a product that makes your hair feels like a birds nest , I order continuously and never ever had this before so I’m being honest on a product

Omaigad. I should read all this review before i buy from this clown spammer.! =( . my order is on 24/2/2020 but until now i still not received my order. i already contact with the customer service but they want me to wait for 30 days. NO.! i can wait for 2 weeks but not 1 month. This is insane. i just believe to buy on this website rather than to buy on shopee. But shopee is really2 better. They said that Look Fantastic item is from UK. So it should be more better. i think after this i should just buy item from China at Shopee. Urghh.!

Worst after sale experience ever! My order was dispatched 5 February with estimate delivery 10-12 February. There are no updates on the courier page since 5th of February that was sent. They confirmed to me on 21 February that they can resend after numerous of emails from me. No good gesture, not any intention to at least speed up the resend process. Up to date still exchanging email with this bunch of useless. Do not order from them! Just do not. There are plenty of alternatives outside there.

I have ordered and item and I have not received it. I have contacted to your online chat and one of agent his name is Macey , he said they delivered my item .asked to him who received the item he said they do not know the name.I paid and I have not received the item and you did not give me any details and also that guy his name is MACEY close the chat to my face without solving my problem. After that I have called and spoke one of agency she told me my order has not dispatched yet.the guy give me wrong information about my order . He did not checked my details properly

I am not sure if it's LF or the courier they chose, but the service provided was shocking. My first and obviously last order with LookFantastic - not a small order but paid for next day delivery and almost 2 weeks later, still no package. Ended up cancelling the order and asking for a refund after speaking to their customer service at least once/day everyday. Out of the 10 or so individuals I spoke to (on the phone & live chat), only 2 actually followed up with the information they said they will provide. They are nice/polite on the phone but pretty useless at actually addressing problems. Will not use again.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought from lookfantastic. Customer service is horrible. I placed an order on January 18 and still haven't received it. The customer service is basically like: "we don't know where it is. Nothing we can do"

A Big Scam Black Friday sales without refund I made an online order at Look Fantastic website last Black Friday on 29/11/2019. They have 3 for 2 sale of Elizabeth Arden products. It’s a good deal so I bought three products and pay for the price of two. The third one was shown in my order as free. I was charged by the entire order the day I made the order. When I made the order, every product on website was shown as in stock. One week later the package came without the third product I bought, which is also the most wanted product in the order. I waited another month for the product to come but it didn't. In the beginning of this January, I checked the website and find this product is back in stock so I contacted the customer service to ask them deliver this product to me ASAP. While they reply this product was shown in stock online but actually they don’t have it in their warehouse and they are not sure when it’s available. They suggested me to cancel this item. They said and confirmed they could cancel this item for me and refund me if I don’t want to wait. As I don’t want to wait anymore, and I want to use the refund money to buy this product somewhere else. I requested cancel the item as I was waiting for two months already for this One week later, I found I was not refund so I contacted the customer service. However, I was told that they are not going to refund me as I got it for free. I bought all three products with a 3 for 2 discount. I paid for all three products together, rather than I bought 2 products and got one free gift. I felt this is unfair for me. I didn’t request for full refund but the discounted refund, which is about 30% off discount. However, the customer service rejected to resolve this problem but only repeated: ā€œYou was not charged for this item so we have not refunded thisā€ But I was charged!!!

PROBABLY A BIG SCAM When my delivery didn't arrive on time I asked the customer service where it was and they told me to wait an additional 30 days. Fast forward to now, the products still haven't arrived and their answer to me is to ask my neighbours if they have the package (which they don't) and now that I am requesting for a refund, the customer service is no longer answering.
