So long and ridiculous process in regards to returns and refunds . Have to wait ages for a reply. Still no refund even though i tracked the items i returned via hermes and it was delivered to them 7 days ago. They are saying they haven't recieved it yet? And bizarre process in regards to returns as you have to get a label from customer services and for them to apply approving the return? Such a waste of time!

Avoid. Avoid. I ordered a hair clippers from this website, one which was reported out of stock on every other website. I waited and waited and it never arrived. I then received an email saying it wasn’t in stock. Complete and utter time wasters. This morning, over a month later, it got worse. I checked my credit card details online and a company named Completesavings had removed €15 from my account. I followed it up and in my unopened deleted mail was a message saying that the €16 discount (for future purposes, mind you!) which I accepted on the lookfantastic website had actually been slyly tied to a totally different company named completesavings, whom I now discover signed me up to a €15 per month membership scheme by using my account details which I gave while on the lookfantastic website. I’m fuming that this is legal and fully intend to report this practice to both the Irish and EU regulators. What absolute shysters, sneaks and chancers run the lookfantastic website. Avoid.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Its the same as throwing your money away. Their customer service is a disgrace. I never received £70 of products I ordered 6 weeks ago. They say it was delivered. It wasn't. One star, is one star too much.

Delivery is taking WAY too long. Their website it showing me that it is delivered but I received nothing! Customer service isn't great either. AVOID.

I've ordered from them at the first time last year. They sent to me quite quick and full products I've ordered on their website. The second time was on 3rd of this month. I paid already via MOL pay on Lookfantastic app, but the order not successfully even when my payment has been taken and my money lost from my account. Hence, I texted them many times and remind them abt what's happened to my order from imessage, whatsapp and email them. They said that they will check with Finance Team. I've waited from 4th of May till now, they not answered me yet. I think that they're cheating on me, try to take my money. Friends, pls be careful. Lookfantastic, I till waiting for ur answer.

Ordered £50 worth of products,no confirmation email received? Checked the bank,money left my account. Went back to website logged in,checked my orders...no record of my order? Emailed customer service and no reply?!

Long time consumer of Look Fantastic, spending up to 250 euros on several occasions. Recent order came with 2 products half used. Complained and they were not helpful and wanted to reimburse a fraction of what I ordered. Second attempt at re-sending one of the products: was sent again half used, with somebody's hair!

One star for quick delivery. Zero stars for Clinique product received. Empty tube with cream smeared around the cap.Telephone obviously permanently on answering machine and E mail returned as undeliverable as inbox full. Glad we only ordered one item. Wish we had seen this review site earlier. Intend to keep chasing as not prepared to give them free rein to abuse my trust.

Order-206177290. dreadful! Avoid. No one to contact after 5 weeks. They took money then sent wrong items in wet box with no invoice /return details. I found a returns address and carefully packaged and sent covering letter. Heard nothing. Disgusting. Di not use. Assume they use the Covid excuse but manage to take money then send anything. You have been warned

Ordered two products. One of them arrived after one week, the other is still not delivered and it's almost 4 weeks now. There's no way to talk to them on the phone, only through messages, which is very annoying. So, now, after almost 4 weeks, I was informed that the item is out of stock, that's why it takes so long! Really? Why didn't you warn about that since the very beginning, so the person can choose to wait or order from another site. This is unbelievable and so disrespectful. When I placed the order, there was a discount code provided, that the system didn't allow me to use and no reason has been given. Very very very disappointed.

As I haven't received the order by the estimated delivery date, so I emailed lookfantastic regarding this situation. And the company replied since I didn't select for the order to be tracked when finalising my purchase, so I be informed that please wait the 30 day delivery time scale from dispatch date for my order to arrive. The company informed me that I did not select for the order to be tracked, but at the same time they assured me that my order is still on it’s way! So where is the order current location? Keep waiting is the best answer and solution that lookfantastic can provide.

i cant get to received my order too. and no one will reply my email and keep asking wait till after 30 days, today already 30 days, and finally my email sent to them keep bounce back, i dont know what i can do now. and how is my order now. too disappointed with Lookfantastic.

Placed an order on the 3rd of April, the estimated delivery date was on or before the 19th April. Items didn't arrive on the stipulated date so I contacted their customer service to check on the status and was informed that NOTHING can be done until a 30 day time period has come to pass from the date of despatch. Contacted them several times again regarding their delivery schedule given that their website clearly states that their delivery is "uninterrupted" notwithstanding the Covid situation. Informed them that I was not going to wait indefinitely given that the items ordered were essential and if they have lost my parcel i can proceed to make alternative arrangements. Got the same response again - they're not willing to do anything until the 6th of May. The customer service is deplorable. Advertising that the delivery service is uninterrupted is gross misrepresentation. Don't bother ordering if you're not from the UK. Im dreading the refund process.

Customer service was friendly and cooperative, however, they are taking way too long to deliver something. I did not even get a tracking number or any helpful details about where my order is at any point. There was an estimated date within my order, and then they suddenly sent an email saying that I should wait 30 days for my order arrival.

Look fantastic is the WORST website I’ve ever ordered off, I waited over a month for my order to arrive although it claimed 3-4 day delivery and it still was processing and I’m contacted them twice about my order and both times they said they would send it and never did. I give them 0/5 stars and will NEVER be ordering from them again. It’s disgraceful I just cancelled my order because I’m sick of this

It is a scam an I have lost the money. I ordered online (unfortunately I didn't read these reviews before) and the process went on without problems. When I checked the status of the order the site was saying that there was a problem with the payment, so I checked with the bank and the money had already been collected. After my enquiry I have been told that the order has been cancelled and that I would have received the refund which never came.

I contacted Look Fantastic to return an item I had purchased, and request a refund. They sent me out a returns label (two different ones! So, that was the first confusion.. But we eventually got around that) I packaged up my item, and on April 18th, returned it via Royal Mail tracked post. I kept my receipt as proof of postage. One week later, I'd heard nothing to contacted them via Whatsapp to chase up the return/refund (another frustration - there is no email or phone number! Only customer service via WhatsApp!) They asked me to provide proof of postage so I sent them the photo of my reciept/certificate of postage. On the 24th April, someone advised me on WhatsApp that they had not yet received my parcel. Yet today (29th April), a courier has just arrived at my house and REDELIVERED THE SAME ITEM to me?!!! Look Fantastic had CLEARLY received the item as it had been unpacked and reboxed for sending BACK OUT to me?! Yet I have received nothing from them to explain WHY the item has been sent back out to me?! Furious! (Not to mention that in the current Covid 19 lockdown, it is not ideal to have to make return trips to post offices where there are long queues etc) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Shocking customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. You’ll be waiting 3 weeks for delivery with no updates whatsoever. You’ll email them and hear no response. Eventually you’ll either need to contact your bank and get your refund or if you get lucky the live chat will work for once and they *might* be able to do it for you then. No thanks.
