Ordered amongst other items a mini Macaron gel nail kit .. polishes were tacky And not setting properly .. contacted CS to explain .. told to upload photos and batch numbers. Then frustratingly asked to provide other irrelevant information such as previous products purchased . Awful system via portal and extremely poor communication .. expecting a response within 24 hours but feel like I’m going around in circles .. unless this is resolved shortly I wont be using again And would not recommend !

Never received my shipment to Israel!!! Scam scam scam. So disappointed. No refund no help.

Ordered from clearpay to be delivered to local shop for collection as I was working and worried wouldn’t be in house when delivered never recieved order but still payed in full tried getting in contact no luck with emails and phoning helpline will never order again.

I was so happy to order this expensive mask and straight away took it on holiday with me! How disappointed i was when I opened the top of the tube and find out it was not sealed. When I pressed the tube I realised that it only half full! Reported to customer care and never got any reply related to my problem. They do not even bother to read any messages. Please be very careful to make orders at Lookfantastic they allowed to return cosmetic and obviously never check a returns. When I will send this expensive mask back be ready you will get it after me and somebody else who used it before I received this product.

SCAM WEBSITE I cannot believe any of the good reviews on here to be honest. Their social media comment sections are FULL of complaints. I think it is a scam website. You order, it never arrives, they give you the run around. People waiting months on delivery or refunds. They have several other websites Mankind & HQ Hair. Hermes Parcels are also involved with a tracking number for a parcel that is being forever "processed".

Most terrible service ever! One month ago I ordered items and still didn’t get them. Plus very poor assistance. Guys, spend your money in other companies, don’t order from look fantastic!!! Shame!!!

I ordered l’anza shampoo and conditioner last Thursday, I had an e-mail to say it would be delivered by Hermes on Saturday whilst I was out! No card was left in my post box (I do not have a letter box in my door), Each flat is allocated a small post box in a communial hallway where it is not safe to leave parcels as anyone can come in off the street using the trade button for access to the building! According to the Hermes delivery driver and photo taken by him, my order was left on top of the post boxes But I still do not have my order in my possession! I have contacted look fantastic And Hermes several times regarding this matter asking for my Order to be re-sent or a refund issued and they have not been helpful at all! I will be seeking legal advice from my solicitor in regards to the stress and inconvenience caused by the incompetence and unprofessionalism of both companies in this instance!! I will not be shopping here again in future and Hermes are just awful anyway, why anyone in their right mind would use them is beyond me!!

I made the awful listage of not reading the reviews! They are indeed a bunch of criminals! they took payment and they contested the order! they want copy of my passport! DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM

I recently received an order where one item was missing although half of the packaging for the product was there - the bottom half of a box for an expensive serum. I spent hours, via messaging, trying to get a replacement. I uploaded photographic evidence, then was asked for more but apparently they couldn’t see the file And therefore couldn’t proceed. After four hours of getting nowhere I’ve resigned myself to accepting I probably won’t get my replacement, absolute bunch of crooks. Don’t even think about ordering from them.

I purchased expensive SteamPod straighteners from Look Fantastic, after using them once it was clear that not only did they not work, they had been damaged. After spending four days in total trying to raise the issue with the incompetent customer service team, via the live chat, message and email platforms accessed on the website, I was told that even though the company breached The Sales of Goods Act for failing to provide a product that is fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, I would not be entitled to a refund of the £300 product. Absolutely disgusted with the unacceptable and unlawful handling of this issue. Never using this terrible company again and I'd recommend that everyone else do the same. Avoid at all costs!!

I bought 3 items from lookfantastic ( AESOP Moisturizer, toner and mouth wash ) I placed order on the 25th July and till today I have not received the items. I lodge complaints for them to do the checking and hopefully will send me a new batch, I called few times to Aramex to understand and the reason they did not deliver because it is damaged along the route so they are not able to deliver. So, I lodge the complaints with lookfantastic to do the checking and resend me another batch. Up until today, I have not received my 3 items and everyday following up with look fantastic, their standard answers are I am sorry keep you waiting and the case still pending for an outcome why the parcels not deliver. I actually cannot understand why it is taking so long and it is not fair on my side. The credit card due and I need to make payment and the reason I placed the order is because I almost finished using the moisturizer and toner. And now I am stuck because my items ( not sure when I will received, and even I received, can I still use it ? It is summer now and everyday temperature is above 40'C, I am not comfortable to use these after been heat up in the warehouse for almost 1 month ). I have purchased online before and I never have to wait so long for missing items to be replaced.

Terrible customer service I am dealing via private message on Instagram and getting nowhere the past few weeks. All I’m asking for is when I should expect my delivery date having ordered on the 22/7/20 today.. 19 Aug have not received my order. Refusing to give refund or send the parcel again. They keep saying they have to wait for an update from the courier. First and last time to use

I have used this company many times and unfortunately after my current experience, I will never use them again. I will be warning anyone else not to use them, as if something goes wrong with the order, they do not resolve it. I have had my products stolen and almost a month later they have not confirmed that they will be giving me a refund, even after multiple times of chasing them up and asking them to confirm this. They have £80 of my money and I have not received the products. Their service has left me extremely stressed out, not to mention out of pocket! All they are doing is telling me that the courier team are investigating the issue but it has been weeks and I am none the wiser on what is going on. I never gave the courier any permission to leave products in a safe place or with a neighbour as I live in a block of flats and do not know the neighbours. It is very clear my parcel has been stolen as the courier emailed me to say they delivered it (whilst I was at home) and nothing was delivered. This is an extremely terrible thing to happen, especially when Lookfantastic have not done anything to be helpful or keep me informed and I'm starting to think I am never going to see my money again. During these current times this is devastating. I will be reporting them, please do not order from here!

I’ve placed my order a month ago and got a bit worried when tracking number didn’t work. I’ve contacted the customer service on the day the parcel was supposed to arrive and they notified me that the order is somehow on the way back to their warehouse. I was told that they will resend the order or process refund once the parcel reaches their warehouse. It’s now been weeks since I’m getting automated/ scripted responses from their customer service with different excuses why they can’t proceed with refund. It’s becoming a joke and I’m seeing a lot of customers are facing similar issues. It’s starting to look like a scam... I’m appalled by their customer service and will never order with them again.
