I’ve placed my order a month ago and got a bit worried when tracking number didn’t work. I’ve contacted the customer service on the day the parcel was supposed to arrive and they notified me that the order is somehow on the way back to their warehouse. I was told that they will resend the order or process refund once the parcel reaches their warehouse. It’s now been weeks since I’m getting automated/ scripted responses from their customer service with different excuses why they can’t proceed with refund. It’s becoming a joke and I’m seeing a lot of customers are facing similar issues. It’s starting to look like a scam... I’m appalled by their customer service and will never order with them again.

Hermes damaged the goods, but Lookfantastic aren't dealing with it. Made an order over 2 weeks ago and was informed that the goods were damaged in transit when on delivery by the courier (Hermes). These things happen and i understand. However, Look fantastic are refusing to do anything until they receive confirmation from Hermes that the goods were damaged. Customer service has been rude and unhelpful. I don't think I'm alone in thinking that the relationship between lookfantastic and Hermes is nothing to do with me, and sitting with £150+ out of pocket, refusing to re-process my order and not issuing a refund is extremely unfair.

lookfantastic is the worst ever, so stupid & childish customer care ladies, asking how they can help putting on smiley emojis yet doing nothing. i ordered mine it's been over a month now & still no signs of receiving it. They close their chat box while am still chatting with them. May the worst happen to them & their families. all this cash you are ripping off from customers i swear to one God one day you'll pay for it DAMNHEADS

We found out that LookFantastic had given/sold our credit card details to another company name Complete Savings.

I didn't receive my order after constantly messaging to see what was happen I kept getting the same replies, to give it 5 more working days or that they have passed the enquiry onto there courier team. 4 months later I still have not received my order and I have not been offered a refund. Terrible to deal with

I ordered a Hair/blow dryer and i received a product for out of the country 3prug ..which the USA does not support. I received notice that since the item was already shipped they could not take care of cost of shipping the item back. That is a joke because i would not have known the wrong item was sent until i received it in the mail. This is not a good company to deal with being the company is not in the USA and they send wrong products. This company should have known what type of product to send customer in the USA. Now I am out of my money and can not do anything with this dryer. I want a full refund and Lookfantastic to pay for the retn.

I placed an order on the site as a guest, used PayPal to pay - they had no issues charging my account, but never sent me any info, confirmation, nothing... I waited and never received my products. Contacted live chat and it was a waste of time - they can't find my order nor info. It's sad because they carry products I really want. They need to fix their faulty system and address customer's issues... I have opened a dispute with PayPal - they tried to help, but said I wasn't on their system. Not sure what else I can do. I'm still waiting for my money back or satisfactory response.

Placed order on the 6th July, one month later and still no sign of order (worth €120). Sent numerous emails only to be told “we are currently looking in to this issue” and then I hear nothing! Stay clear!

Lookfantastic is the worst online store in the market. For the second time they charged my account for the order that I cancelled 3 months ago. Do not ever give them your card details because they will rip you off money!!! Once I told them I am not going to pay for the return As I didn’t order those items they said it’s my responsibility to cover those costs. Very bad experience and not helpful service. I won’t ever buy there again and I discourage all of you to buy from this store.

After i placed first order i realized something is not ok with the lack of security of payment. Then i saw they have no phone number for contact and all the 1-star feedbacks. I blocked my card as soon as possible for i surely know it's all a scam. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

To be honest, if you subscribe with them, you're stuck for life. Initially I've ordered one box from them. Just wanted to try. And guess what? They somehow made subscription to my account for 3 months. I thought okay. I liked the first one, I'll just keep it. So 3 months passed and I receive notification, that I'm getting a new box again! I cancelled everything upfront and I was still in the loop. I complained and asked everyone, why is that? I cancelled my membership and all, and customer support said, it was the last payment. I open my email this month. Surprise surprise, your next box is ready to be shipped! But this time, I'm so lucky, that my card is not active anymore and I haven't updated to the new one! So 1 - me , 0 - lookfantastic. But to be honest, be careful, otherwise you will never stop receiving stuff from them and be charged monthly, even if you cancel.

Very disappointed and not first time! Shame, shame, shame!!! Always troubles buying from lookfantastic. I have ordered my goods week ago and my order is still processing. When I have contacted chat, there I thought is sitting 5 years old kids, sooo stupid questions and why I need to spend my time for them if I said my name, email and order number. Will never again spend my money there and don’t suggest to no one.

I ordered the zelens lip oil, I already paid for it but didn't receive the stuff. I waited for almost 4 months but did not got anything and I told them and they're ignored my message. After that they also send me an email for review this product. WTF It's such a weird and worst shopping website and the worst company I've EVER bought. I don't know how to review this product Because i did not get it So, Think twice when you guys want to buy anythings on this website. You may lost your money without their responsibitities :)

I received a £75 voucher and before I used it I checked the help centre to see if there was anything about not being allowed to use the voucher on more than one order, of which there was nothing. I spent around £33 using the voucher a few weeks ago. I then went to spend the rest of the voucher to be told by a rude and patronising assistant that I could not use this voucher again. She went on to tell me that this is included in the term and conditions. As this voucher was a gift I was sent the code and not an email with the T and Cs. Whilst I accept this is in the T and Cs it is not in the help centre section where most customers will go to seek this information. This is to be deliberately misleading for the customer resulting in them losing their money. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Hi its my 1st time ordering from the site I ws really impressed at the myriad of international brands they have in stock and the price at which they were selling so I happily ordered it 3 months back and my order didn’t arrive twice so on asking a refund dey r denying saying the order has been delivered so going back and forth I asked them to give me the details of the supposed “delivery” which dey r nt able to provide. The only reason of denying a refund is because its my 2nd claim. So according to them dere is no possibility that i have really nt recieve the products both times???please dnt waste ur time or money instead order from sites like Amazon way more better service

I too am waiting for an item That there’s no sign of Mobile phone message from Hermes Said delivered etc Went to collect & NOTHING !!!??? Anyone else been shafted ? No phone numbers No human No live chat even

My order number:220304287 was purchased early and supposed to be delivered on 06-06-2020. Note: it is a prepaid order. The customer care representative was reluctant and told me to wait till 06-07-2020 for the delivery might take some time. However, we are approaching July end and my product isn't here yet. One time the representative even stated that they can't help with the delivery issue as it has been stated completed at company end. Yet the prepaid product is nowhere to be seen. They don't have proper knowledge of the status of the product. Please don't buy from lookfantastic site as they don't have any sense of responsibility and doesn't respect their customers' hard earned money.

Same experience as Most before me. Ordered and not delivered and no reason as to why! Contacted them three times and so unhelpful finally they said that they’d refund the money however I’m not sure how long that Will take. So disappointed. No remorse to the fact they they are just leaving customers high and dry! Don’t order with these guys. Seem to be cowboys.
