“Products did not come on time, and customer service never responded. Don't trust the refer a friend programme, its a fraud.”

“Awful customer service. No order and after waiting 3 weeks in total of investigation the courier says it's delivered and that the courier gps tracking says it was delivered! and now they are saying that because of this I should contact my credit card as they won't replace or refund ! So I'm all I have a bill for over £200 and nothing to show for apart from waiting on hold to my credit card. Shocking customer service and no compassion for a customer who had spent a lot of money and they go back with emails and don't care.”

“Everything went wrong with my order. Did not come on date they said it would. Did not answer my requests for help. Finally, opened a case on PayPal. Then they responded immediately. Terrible company”

“Three months ago I ordered a very expensive product and never received it. I wrote to the company to tell them the issue and they informed me that there is nothing they can do to help. The company doesn't realise that they are dealing with expensive products and that it is a big issue when a customer does not receive the product. They have not learned to value their customers. They are not a professional company. They don't seem to care about running a friendly effective business. Do not order goods from Look Fantastic. There are many other companies that are more professional.”

“I ordered my regular foundation shade medium, they sent fair. I put it down to a one off mistake maybe due to covid 19 and being short staffed so gave to my daughter and re ordered. Again shade fair arrived! I contacted again several times and sent the pictures in, I got a reply saying they would re send the correct shade. My foundation arrived yesterday and again it was shade fair!!! I contacted and again got a standard generic reply asking for pictures and full explanation ( again) to which I have said it has now been going on for over 3 weeks, I have spent nearly £40 and not got what I ordered, I will just put this down to a bad experience and shop elsewhere as they are obviously completely incompetent.”

“I would give zero stars but it’s not possible. The deliver of items is pretty good however make sure what you buy is what you need. If you think there might be a chance you need to return any item, DO NOT buy from The Hut (Lookfantastic.com). I returned my skincare tool unopened as reading reviews online on the item I decided not to use it prior to delivery. I had to email them to get a return form. Once I got it, I returned the item the same day following the process stated. I used Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day to return the item. It was signed for by someone at The Hut (the look fantastic returns department). After about 4 days, I chased up with them on when the return would be processed as I made plenty of orders with them but this was my first return. They wrote back to me saying they haven’t received my item and once I return it, they will process the return! I even sent them the picture of the Royal Mail receipt and the tracking number where they can view it was signed for. They’ll still claim they haven’t received it. Save yourself the hassle and order from somewhere else. Definitely will no longer be shopping from here again and it’s not like they sell anything other places don’t. They also don’t care about customer service and don’t know how to keep long standing customers!”

“Very poor customer service! Didn't reply for a month, clearly states free delivery over £25.00 but still charges delivery cost and won't refund. Will not be buying any beauty products from this website again!”

“I placed an order on 30/4 for 2 items, 1 was delivered and I was advised they were aware one had not been delivered, I had several emails stating that they are aware that it is still outstanding, when I contacted them they said it had been delivered but that was the first one and the @missing product@ emails were sent weeks after that. They have my money and I have no order. Never ever will I use them again.”

“Oh how I wish I had these reviews before purchasing from Look Fanastic.I ordered the wrong item tried to cancel immediately not possible have to contact customer services via email.Two days later was emailed to say item was being processed and could not be cancelled. Asked for a return form was sent wrong label had to pay £7.50 postage, count myself lucky I got a refund although not reimbursed for return postage which I had requested.The return policy of this company is needless complicated and customer service is appalling. Avoid at all cost”

“I wouldn't even give a 1 star Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered some items which were not what I expected. I have tried calling but no response (I get due to covid-19) however I have tried to chat online but it's unavailable, I have emailed 8 times with my order number etc but they keep robotically saying same thing to chat online. All I want is to return goods. Not helpful at all!!!! Shambles”

“Do not even thin to buy! Same story as other. I have been waiting for nearly 2+ months. They are lying Thay said that they’re going to issue refund and then nothing. Their customer service is so bad. They replay with the same emails every time. My shipment have been investigated for nearly 3 weeks. When I contacted the carrier their said that my shipment does not exist. Have any one tried to raise a complaint with resolver against them??”

“I can’t even start explaining the frustration with this company, it’s been 3 months since I have placed and order and they still have not delivered and refuse to refund. I’ve contacted Aramex and they are unable to locate my package - long story short: DO NOT ORDER FROM LOOKFANTASTIC!”

“Looks like I was lucky to get anything. The Philip kingsley I bought, shampoos cost £100 for both and as a regular user are definetly not genuine. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. They arrived leaking, dirty marks over the bottles, and the Estee lauder foundation I ordered was open. Not sealed. Very disappointed. Shocking.”

“I will never use this company again. Purchased a 50ml bottle of Clinique Happy Heart from them. It arrived quickly. I opened it and sprayed some on, but it had hardly any smell and smelt nothing at all like previous bottles I had purchased from Boots. I emailed them and they asked me to supply the details on the bottle I.e. batch number etc. They replied saying they had checked and as far as they were concerned there was nothing wrong with it. I replied saying I was still not happy and wished to return the bottle and have a refund. They then replied saying as far as they were concerned the perfume had been opened (obviously I had to open it to know it did not smell right) and that because it had been opened it could not be returned. I told them it was not fit for purpose, but they replied saying sorry nothing they can do. Not happy and would never ever recommend this company”

“They didn’t deliver the item that I’ve purchased even after a month. After countless inquiry about the matter they finally notified me that the item was out of stock and offer to refund in 3-5 working days. Even after 3-5 working days still no refund, then I sent them an email again. Now still waiting for them to refund my money. :(”

“definitely avoid buying anything from this website!!!!!!! it's very hard to get return. it took my more than 10 days to chase for the return form. Customer service says it has already been send, however there is abusotely nothing at all and I checked with my spam as well, nothing. The message replied means nothing. don't ever buy anything from this website unless you don't want to return.”

“Horrible service, that doesn’t deliver in the timeline promised or at all and doesn’t respond to customer service questions. Sends customers wrong items and also don’t reply. Going to file a complaint with local authorities to have their site and app banned”
