“definitely avoid buying anything from this website!!!!!!! it's very hard to get return. it took my more than 10 days to chase for the return form. Customer service says it has already been send, however there is abusotely nothing at all and I checked with my spam as well, nothing. The message replied means nothing. don't ever buy anything from this website unless you don't want to return.”

“Horrible service, that doesn’t deliver in the timeline promised or at all and doesn’t respond to customer service questions. Sends customers wrong items and also don’t reply. Going to file a complaint with local authorities to have their site and app banned”

“AVOID TO BUY HERE !!!! I placed my order more than one month ago, but I’m still waiting for my order, so I contacted the customer service to ask, where my order is. They replied, that I allegedly gave the wrong delivery address before check out, which is absolutely wrong and completely ridiculous. So the Main Informations I got are: •they can’t do anything for me, •I will not receive a refund, unless my parcel is not send back to their warehouse •and basically it’s my own fault, cause I didn’t paid for the tracking number as I choosed the Standart delivery.”

“Send me an out of date product and I kindly told them about it. It was for a lash growth serum so for use around the eyes! I send an image of the product with the batch code and expiry date on and they then dragged the process out for 3 weeks of back and forth messages where they were 'confirming' if I was telling the truth. After several messages asking what was going on they then asked if I would like a replacement or refund, I said both and they sent a replacement to me. When I asked about my refund they said as they had sent a replacement they would not refund me. Eh? I asked for both and if they had told me I could only have one I would have picked the refund?! Let's hope I don't get stuck with two out of date products. Would not shop there again as I do not trust them and their customer service was frustrating due to how much it was dragged out and them only replying to one bit of my messages at a time.”

“This item was not delivered and one month and many communications later I have still not had a refund. If you have any sort of problem don't expect any customer service or help.”

“DONT BUY FROM LOOK FANTASTIC - SEE OTHER REVIEWS WITH 1 STAR! 1. They send you order which was canceled online, 2. it takes them 2 weeks to do this 3. when you contact LF for the return, they dont tell what you need to do ... 4. they delay issuing the Authorisation Number 5. than they issue you wrong RA number for the Royal mail label 6.When you eventually return parcel back to LF they claim some items are missing, which is not true 7. When you start proofing the item are not missing your end as the post office receipt indicated the correct weight - (2 kg od salt) I EXCHANGED 21 EMAILS WITH LOOKFANTASTIC IN ORDER TO RETURN WRONG ITEMS (7.7KG) From the beginning, I have been given partial information, which makes me think that LF deliberately postpones every single step so the return is not possible.When the return is finally made LF informs me that there is 40 days policy. The return process is timely and frustrating. DONT BUY anything from LookFantastic! pay a little bit more and have a pleasant experience! And you guys from Lookfantastic customer service; please do not bother commenting my review... I will not be reading it as I am busy posting the reviews to other review sites and social media; as well as writing to Ombudsmen! Cheers”

“I ordered seven items and received two, the least expensive ones. They were shipped separately and arrived at different times, maybe a week or so after my order. It's been over a month since I placed my order. They sent an e-mail asking me to rate the items I haven't received, which I ridiculous. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER.”

“They steal your money! 215015994 Order No 5 weeks after paying 131.50 for products, they still cannot tell me where it is. Was given false tracking no which courier says never existed. Now 7 emails to them later, no product and no update on when. No replacement product sent and no refund issued. No phone number for enquiries. Same response recd for 5 wks, no resolution offered. No goods received. Delete draft Finish review”

“I placed an order which I should have received two weeks ago. Upon tracking it was clear there was some sort of problem. I emailed lookfantastic and they claimed there was no problem as they had been in touch with the delivery company and I should get my delivery. There was no time frame given or an explanation as to why I hadn’t received the order yet. They told me I was able to track my order through my original email which I did once again after a few days had passed and I had still not received my order to find a message saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver and that I would have to contact lookfantastic. I sent this message as proof to them and asked for my money back. It is clear to me that it was never going to be delivered and I don’t know why they didn’t say as much and fobbed me off like that. I don’t appreciate being messed about particularly as I was looking forward to receiving my order asap. All in all I have been waiting over 3 weeks for an order that was never going to arrive which is not on. Lookfantastic must have known this but only acknowledged it when I provided proof. At no time did they get in touch to let me know that there was a problem or explain the delay or apologise for the inconvenience caused. It was down to me to chase and sort out. I have now placed the order elsewhere and I won’t be shopping there again.”

“Do NOT order from this site. It is a total scam. It has been 2+ months and I still haven’t received my item. Emailed them but they said their free shipping isn’t tracked and I didn’t pay for their express tracked shipping so yea, basically my fault if it’s lost. Looks like they are using some dodge ass mailing service considering the number of people who never received their parcels. I hope their company gets charged one day they’re obviously surviving on taking people’s money but not mailing out their items.”

“I was totally scammed by this company. I paid for my items and paid extra for them to be sent in 2 days. They overnighted me a plastic cup with a fedex tracking number. COMPLETE FRAUD. No contact information. Who ever is behind this fraudulent company, needs to be sent to jail.”

“I have not received my package after waiting a month. It looks like they may have recalled it as the tracking details don’t make sense. It went out and then I was told to contact supplier and it hasn’t been delivered. There is no telephone number or email address. It is only message via their site. I have contacted them and they aren’t interested in helping. Do not be tempted to buy as you will be disappointed when it doesn’t arrive and the lack of customer service and they will fob you off and not want to refund you. I still haven’t been refunded as they keep saying they are investing. Shocking........”

“This is a scam company. They are plenty of complaint in their fb. They are unable to provide courier company contact details hence request to refund. Status show item recall back but 1.5 months still have not reach their warehouse. I’m very sure they never even ship out hence unable to provide contact details. Raise issue to Amex on fraud case n request for refund. Any victims pls request dispute with your credit card company n make a police report to Block this company website hosting their server in your country.”

“This website is a absolute scam I don’t know why they haven’t been closed down and arrested. It’s theft. They send empty boxes and clearly have bought followers on Instagram to try make a name for themselves. The company is a total SCAM. More people need to know not to order from there because they steal your money.”

“The worst customer service ever! Company takes money says that they send the orders, then, takes money again without creating any order and you will never get your money back. They will continue telling that they can't understand what you're talking about. I've been trying to get my orders for 3 months. Horrible. They take money for subscription additionally without any confirmation or even without sending beautyboxes.”
