“Terrible. Waiting 3 weeks for delivery. No response to queries. Just random emails about local delivery issues (complete lies). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Will never use again.”

“My order appears to be stuck in the Royal Mail system... and look fantastic refusing to help me despite ordering over two weeks ago, abd not moving through the Royal Mail system as normal . Have had to order elsewhere and be out of pocket till this can be resolved.”

“Placed my order 2 weeks ago, still not arrived. I was told by customer service that the order was lost and I could have a replacement or refund, so I ordered elsewhere and now they're backtracking and won't refund.”

“Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order one hour after placing it but I was told my order had entered the processing stage and so I could only cancel it by returning the goods once I got them. It’s been two weeks and my goods have not arrived - apparently the delivery company were not given my full address so could not deliver my parcel. I had entered my full address when placing the order. Absolutely terrible that Lookfantastic would not give the delivery company my address. I asked what the cost of returning the items would be and they could not give me an answer. Seems like I will just have to accept the goods ( if I get them) otherwise I risk the possibility that even if I return the goods I may never get a refund givin the terrible customer service this company has. Avoid at all costs. Competitors offering equally good prices and better service. I will not be using this website again.”

“After having not recieved my order and seeing all these reviews, am convinced that this company is a scam. My story is no different than what has already been said. Placed order on Nov 26th. They said it would be delivered between dec 4-8. Still waiting. Have contacted them with no response. Tracking info shows no movement! I wish I had read all these reviews prior to placing my order. I fear I may never receive anything now!”

“awful, ordered 2 products and they sent 2 complete wrong products, they don’t answer messages or anything, i’ve been on live chat waiting patiently as they say for 24 hours, no phone number to call, just use another website as if they can send 2 wrong products and just ignore customers then they simply don’t care”

“Absolutely awful experience, my delivery still hasn’t arrived and I ordered 15 days ago. Customer service emails are all auto generated and don’t actually tell you what’s going on. Will not be ordering with them again.”

“Very frustrated as i placed an order 2 weeks ago for christmas presents and although 2 out of 3 of my orders came one by one after a long wait, the 3rd item still says ‘order placed’ and hasnt been dispatched yet. I have sent numerous messages but no one has got back to me and im so angry as i have paid for it and unsure what to do next as its a present and im running out of time! Customer services is USELESS!”

“Ordered 3 items on 28 November, all marked ‘usually dispatched in 24 hours’!!! Money was taken from my account but still no delivery on 11 December. Tried to cancel but customer services are useless. Will not buy from this company again”

“I would give 0 stars if that was an option .. I have been waiting for my parcel a month now. When trying to contact with look fantastic they don't seem interested to help they all just tell me to wait longer but this parcel is just not arriving. Very bad service and do not care about their customers.”

“Would offer no stars if I could. TrustPilot reviews indicate this company is great but if you look through you see all the reviews are negative and positive ones are always ‘invited’ reviews; I find this very suspicious and wished I had researched better before ordering. I have waited over 2+ weeks for a delivery, (no other companies are having problems because of Christmas and Covid on the scale that LOOKFANTASTIC seem to have). Customer service is non existent with mostly automated replies. The live chat feature never works - any day/time i have tried so far, ‘people’ have been unavailable. Avoid at all costs unless you’re happy waiting 3-4 weeks for an order.”

“I know that we are living in a difficult time now, but I've already received all of my orders from other shops. While the order I placed with lookfantastic hasn't even been dispatched yet. I placed it more than 10 days ago, I paid for it fully. I can't event express how disappointed I am with such kind of service. I strongly recommend NOT to buy from them.”

“I have ordered sunblock from the website. It was showing that the sunblock will be delivered within 2 working when I ordered. 10 days have passed and still nothing is delivered. It is really bad to mislead customers into buying from the website and not to deliver. I am extremely upset as I got need to on travel to a sunny location and I need to use this sunblock and I still don't have it. I got melanoma and the dishonest and untruthful updates and behaviour created anxiety and makes me desperate to find alternatives now as it is clearly I will won't receive the order from you after more than two weeks from ordering.”
