“Ordered nearly 120 pounds worth of goods the last week of November- it is now 21 December and I haven’t received it! I sent in 3 requests for a refund and completed the necessary form3 times and have received no refund - uncontactable by phone - awful customer service - I won’t be buying again. Be warned!”

“Received my hair mask Friday it was totally smashed to pieces. The postman said they had received it in that state and told me to refuse it and he would send it back to them. I’ve tried to contact look fantastic and all you get is a automated email promising to get back to you in 48 hours. I’ve heard nothing . There contact phone number is not in use and no live chat. They are probably taking advantage of the current situation. They are a disgrace.I’m NEVER buying from them again. I’ll stick with all beauty they care about their customers.”

“Really question the validity of this company. I returned an order which I received an email saying the refund has been processed, 2 weeks later the money still hadn’t come back in. The other order I placed for next day delivery has been ‘delayed’ for 3 weeks, still not dispatched and they refuse to offer a refund! Customer service is completely incompetent and can’t understand basic English, sending responses completed unrelated to your questions. Feel Unique, Cult Beauty, All Beauty and Space NK all have the same brands with better discounts and loyalty programmes, are reputable and don’t scam their customers!”

“Not impressed - I ordered some bits on black friday on 29th November. It is now 20th December and they have still not arrived. I even paid for delivery! Shocking that they do not inform you of this. They also make it impossible to speak to anyone with regards to your order. Avoid avoid! Will not be ordering off their website again.”

“the product they sell is not authentic - I bought Estee Lauder cream from their website but surprisingly, the lip of the cream said Clinique instead of Estee Lauder, what is absolutely not right! When I asked them, they insist the product was authentic and they thought it made sense. I returned the cream and will never purchase stuff on their website.”

“The payment for my goods, ordered for Christmas have been returned via Pay Pal. I have received messages from Lookfantastic that Royal Mail have lost the goods. Tracked on Royal Mail states, although they were local to me, they are now in York! Looks like Herges was the problem before now Royal Mail.”

“The worst client support I’ve ever seen before!!!!! I made an order on Black Friday, and got good discount and some gifts. They canceled my order in 2 hours without any reason. I’ve been trying to contact with them for 2 weeks!!!! But they could answer in two days or not answer at all!!!!! Every time they asked for my details (name, email, order number etc) and said that the Risk team will contact with me!!!! But ... nothing.... At the end they said that I should buy it one more time (without Black Friday deal). But I was waiting almost for one month for Black Friday!!! The worst service!!!! Please don’t buy anything on Lookfantastic!!!!!!!!”

“Terrible customer service, it's gone right downhill. I ordered a item on 4th December, after receiving messages it had been despatched, tracking just says ordered placed. I cannot get hold of them on live chat and after leaving numerous messages haven't even bothered to reply. Do they want to lose there customers. Fed up & frustrated!”

“Lookfantanstic is a ridiculous company, without efficiency and credibility. My girlfriend bought an Estee Lauder suit. This suit was given to her mother as a gift. Her mother did not need it. She returned the goods immediately. Everything is intact. More than two months have passed, and the replies she got are all being checked. The delivery of the returned goods has been signed for more than two months ago. Such a company is really ridiculous, without efficiency and credibility. If you do not receive a refund, there is no way to protect your rights.”

“Just received my eye cream today. I've been pumping the bottle for the last 30 minutes but nothing comes out. The bottle itself is the type which shows the amount left when a light is reflected on the bottom. To my disbelief the bottle is nearly empty. I'm shocked with all the bad reviews and getting concerned about not getting my £35.00 back. PLEASE AVOID ORDETING FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Do not ever use. They are shambolic and use the ‘appearance’ of being disorganised to hide the fact that they do not honour the ‘discounted’ prices in their website. After sending them a number of messages, writing to the times who endorse their products as well as posting on Instagram I have finally got a selection of products I ordered but not at the quoted discounted price at the time as they stated a misspelt my email which is nonsense. DO NOT USE!”

“Absolutely horrendous to deal with. Ordered 10 items and only received 2. After numerous messages sent have now been informed that part of my order is coming from a warehouse in Poland?? And will be another 21days! This was Christmas gifts I ordered. They have been paid for the goods and all I have is 2 items. How are they getting away with this? Part of my order was a free gift only and not the main item which I was getting the gift for. Just Dispicable. I am so annoyed with such poor customer service and feel done by! Robbed”

“Made my order on 1 Dec Tracking says it is at national sorting hub on 8 Dec and no news or update ever since. Customer service said they r checking but it is already 17 Dec. Going to have to make a bank dispute”
