“SO F*{^*>! Horrible!! Used to order from them all the time. The last two times, they allege deliver attempted (in lockdown SITTING AT MY KITCHEN TABLE LOOKING AT THE DOOR ALL DAY), no knocking, no notice. Receive an email they attempted delivery (DID NOT), then immediately receive another email saying it’s available for collection (ITS NOT WHEN I WALK MY ASS TO THE POST MULTIPLE TIMES - which is not fun in the weather and the Kensington high street post being no longer so it’s far as F away). They have nothing to say. Fighting for a refund via PayPal due to their INCOMPETENT USELESS REPLIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last order was for a friend for Christmas. Here we are well into January and they’ve done nothing but make me want to blow my brains out. No attempt to rectify the situation or issue a refund.”

“They’re scamming customers on subscription boxes. Be careful. I ordered 3 month subscription box, after 3 months they charged my account for another box. That’s happened twice. Then I try to cancel it it’s practically impossible. On my account there’s no there to see cancellation button or something similar to that. At the end I contacted customer service and they cancelled it.”

“This company is an absolute disgrace. I do all my shopping online due to ill health and have never had such terrible service. My order was placed on 27/11/20 and one item arrived, but the rest never materialised. The tracking number they sent me didn't exist, and I have been trying to get a refund for over a month. Every person I speak to promises to resolve it, but they never do, then I have to start from scratch. I'm absolutely at the end of my tether with their unprofessional attitude. They used to be a great company to deal with years ago but are an absolute carcrash now. I'll never shop with them again and if you want an easy transaction, I recommend you don't either. There are plenty of sites with better prices and superior service.”

“This company used to be so good. I'm not sure what has happened but now their service is appalling. They took the money for my order over three weeks ago and still nothing. Each time I contact Customer Service I have to give them the same info again. They say they will look in to it and I hear nothing.”

“If anything go wrong with delivery then good luck to you, is very lengthy process to even contact someone for any issue, and u will be lucky to actually get reply, u can find the product elsewhere with better service, as soon as the delivery go wrong...Good luck for finding someone to resolve”

“DO not order from this company!! I placed an order on the 26th December. Tracking says it is on the way to the courier. Look Fantastic have not responded to any messages for days. They also will not respond re issuing a refund!”

“Worst place i have ever shopped ! Horrid customer service, rude and unhelpful I ordered a producted on 2nd October 2020 and now I have been informed ill be reserving it on 8th January 2021 also they took two payments out of my PayPal and now I'm having trouble contacting them. Extremely angry”

“I would vote negative star if I could! Worst customer support experience ever, I ordered 2 times in early Nov 2020, by now, Jan 5, received nothing. The communication channel is extremely difficult, I had to repeat myself to different customer support . One asked me to confirm if anybody signed in my household or neighbour, where in their website , it is showing pre- delivery as status ...” I have never experienced a horrible online shopping experience as bad as this one ...”

“Missing items from my order which has happen twice now. I have emailed and emailed and emailed with no response to where my paid items are. Was a Christmas present after the the first time I decided to give look fantastic the benefit of doubt but I will never use look fantastic again I suggest you do the same as they are useless 😡😡😡”

“YES DO AVOID PLEASE! I placed 2 orders - half of one order came and the second order worth £140 has not arrived. I have sent numerous messages, and uploaded the requisite missing product form, and 6 weeks later a repeat replacement order for the items that I already had (worth much less), was delivered. There is no way I contact them - but they are owned by the Hut -01606 811863 and I will be asking the legal department of my bank to look into this. This should be taken to You and Yours BBC Radio 4. So called Customer Service consists of auto-generated emails acknowledging receipt of complaint.”

“I placed the wrong order to begin with, I tried to cancel it. Could not cancel it, I was advised to return the items for a full refund. Return all the items on 4th December,I checked the return tracking number and it’s been delivered to the them on 7th December. Despite sending the proof of postage, no refund has been issued. This is how this company treat their loyal and regular customers ??? The most annoying thing is they said they have received all the items back but they are waiting for their warehouse to mark it as return completed and only after it’s done they can issue my refund? Why on earth do I have to wait for a month to get my refund? Would not recommend anyone else to use LOOK FANTASTIC AGAIN because of the poor customer service...CAN I HAVE MY REFUND PLEASE and it is not just £10/ £20 it’s £150. I usually don’t write reviews but this company has made me write one. Worst company ever. Avoid if you can.”

“Ordered a hair dryer on the 9/12/20. Tried to cancel 5 times as it wasn’t going to arrive in time. Could not cancel Order, live chat was not available and you couldn’t reply to emails sent by customer services. Their excuse was I have 2 accounts but I had tried to cancel on both using the order number everytime. The order was not there to view on any of my account. Hair dryer arrived now have to print out a returns form full of block black printing, used all my ink now have to drive an hour round trip to take back to the post office. Company is absolutely useless, customer service is appalling.”
