“I placed the wrong order to begin with, I tried to cancel it. Could not cancel it, I was advised to return the items for a full refund. Return all the items on 4th December,I checked the return tracking number and it’s been delivered to the them on 7th December. Despite sending the proof of postage, no refund has been issued. This is how this company treat their loyal and regular customers ??? The most annoying thing is they said they have received all the items back but they are waiting for their warehouse to mark it as return completed and only after it’s done they can issue my refund? Why on earth do I have to wait for a month to get my refund? Would not recommend anyone else to use LOOK FANTASTIC AGAIN because of the poor customer service...CAN I HAVE MY REFUND PLEASE and it is not just £10/ £20 it’s £150. I usually don’t write reviews but this company has made me write one. Worst company ever. Avoid if you can.”

“Shocking Customer & Delivery service from this once great approachable online retailer. Now too big for their boots offering deliverables they can’t fulfil and making it virtually impossible to resolve an issue when it arises. I placed an order on the 30th November for my daughter in Australia. On their web site it states 1-2 days delivery, which is slightly optimistic anyway but that’s what they offer ! 31 days later there is no sign of it. They have refunded the order but I didn’t ask them to and that’s not the point....I simply wanted her to have gifts intended for her birthday and Christmas which she never got. Now you can only contact incompetent Customer Service people through the web site who haven’t got a clue and make no effort to understand and give a helpful and supportive service.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I have used lookfantastic to buy beauty products from for around a year - however my last 2 orders have not arrived and just keep saying they are busy and will get the items to me as soon as they are in stock, however they are still selling them on the website so they must still be in stock. I ordered the items 6 weeks ago!! For Christmas gifts and have still not received them, I have emailed customer services twice and just received an automated response. I will not be ordering from them again, they have gone downhill and are absolute scammers!!!!”

“Ordered 6 olaplex items only 3 arrived in box. They said they would send the remaining 3 out but only one arrived. Poor customer services. Delay tactics when replying to emails & still not sorted Will not use again”

“I too unfortunately need to add to the growing list of dissatisfied customers. Ordered gifts well in advance of Christmas, some arrived, some didn't. Their customer service is non existent and their replies take forever. It's now 28th December and the Christmas gifts still haven't arrived. Avoid this company, there are better out there.”

“This is the worst online retailer ever.. I placed my order early Dec and hv nt received my order till date.. Drop them numerous messages but their replies all always evergreen text that are not answering your questions. There's no way that u can get to speak to anyone. Pls avoid this company at all cost!”

“If I could’ve given this review a jo stars I would’ve. Ordered Christmas present along with makeup in their Black Friday offers on 30th November. Revived half the order through and had to repeatedly message them regarding an outstanding item for weeks. Then told me not in stock and no timeframe of when it would be. Then I practically had to BEG for them ti cancel the item. Now it’s Christmas Eve and again I’m messaging BEGGING for my money back. Disgusting customer service. Would NEVER recommend this company.”

“The worst experience ever. I placed a big order for over £300 on Black Friday sale, getting Christmas presents for my family and myself. Hermes tracking says the order was delivered, and includes a blurry photo of literally NOTHING. I am trying to get my refund for undelivered package and I still don’t have it. There is no telephone contact and it takes them around 3-5 days to respond to each message. It’s just dragging for so long and I am so frustrated with the service. Had to sort out my Christmas shopping last minute, and will definitely NEVER order with look fantastic again. P.S. Hermes don’t reply to my email for nearly 2 weeks now. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️”
