Order not fulfilled, staff very dismissive. Refuse to dispatch my order yet also don’t want to issue a refund. I’ve been reading all the recent reviews posted here. Look Fantastic did tell me in their first email that their warehouse is having issues. I’m guessing if they’re in some business crisis? Seems like a lot of orders are not fulfilled??

No customer service. Impossible to contact anyone. Big delays on receiving order. Missing items in order delivery after it arrived partially. One item seal broken. Other item had dried out and is unusable Never again!

This was the worst website I have ever ordered from. They appear to be a load of scam artists. I ordered 5 items up to nearly 200 euro in one purchase on the 27th of Jan 2021 and I have only received 2. One was cancelled during the delivery process and I still have not been refunded for it. They are still charging me for products that I have not received. I have contacted them 3 times and nothing has been resolved. I will NEVER shop here again and I recommend other consumers to boycott this website. I am furious.

This company is ridiculous. They should be shut down. My order has been on "Order Placed" status for weeks and now they tell me they can't manually cancel my order because it has been processed in an automated system. I can only get my money back once I get the items. But here's the thing....THEY CAN'T TELL ME WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE!!!! THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED OUT MY ORDER! So, they're telling me I have to play the waiting game. Don't purchase anything from them.

3 weeks later no item. I thought my last experience was bad (it took a month- and a lot of me emailing) I assumed it was a one off... it seems like Look Fantastic is just terrible. Don’t use it. Get your money back if you’ve already started the process.

Honestly nothing special, they don’t have the full list of products available, horrible customer service, they never answer on the live chat but they read all the message. If you need to bring back a product, you need also to pay and it’s not sure that they will process with the refund!! Unbelievable!! Worst website ever.

Three month gone....no items ..no refund.Customer service is a joke....going round in circles.You should refund your customers without us chasing you.I know in the end people giving up,no way...not me.I'll do all it takes.

I cant get my refund sińce 3 weeks. Its totally lie about that they sent me those 132 euros, what I spend for order, what they never sent me. Order Number : 275466152

I have called up my credit card company to sort this out. There aren't enough hours in the day to try to return a product. Instead of an email which I could respond to, I am invited on their merry-go-round website. They have made it impossible to return an item even though they say they do accept returns. Warning: this company is not to be trusted. Unfortunately there is no place for a O star, but that is my opinion. O

This is the worst website I have ever used they have failed to provide goods are to respond to my queries please do not use at our order from them, I wonder if the company is going bust because they could not have a lesson interest in fixing the problem

They could not deliver my item in a reasonable amount of time and held my money hostage. Would not issue a refund. Take my advice...do not buy from this company!

Seems like this is the end of Lookfantastic. I used to shop there a lot. But since Feb, it is a disaster. I placed an order a month ago. A month ago. And it is not even dispatched yet. Had multiple queries with the customer service, but it is a ping-pong game: ‘- when is the order going to be dispatched? - we are having troubles to dispatch. - then please cancel. - we cannot cancel because it started dispatch process. - so when is it going to be dispatched? - we do not know because we are having troubles to dispatch. What the hell.

This review is both for Lookfantastic France and UK. I ordered a number of items from this online store including a rechargeable pedicure device by Magnitone. The pedicure device came in a box with a broken seal and the usage instructions sheet was missing despite it is listed among the box contents. I first contacted Lookfantastic France customer service as I purchased the item through the FR website. They said that a broken seal and missing instruction sheet dont't qualify for replacement. Their return policy explicitly states items should be sent with unopened packages with unbroken seals BUT they do send to customers items with opened packages/broken seals!! I didn't have time to exchange several messages with them as you cannot send direct emails- each time you need go to their website and fill in a form, even for reply messages! Plus, they do not cover return costs. Unless you have a lot of time to waste, it just makes much more sense to throw away the item instead of trying to return it or getting it replaced. I wish I had done so but I decided to use it. That pedicure device gave me a horrible callus after using it only for twice. I contacted the customer service again and they weren't helpful. This time I contacted Lookfantasic customer service through Facebook which directs to the UK customer service. They sent me ridiculous messages asking for things like batch number and expiry date of the item. I sent them the picture of the barcode but there was no expiry date indicated on the box. However, they were insisting that I give them that info. In the end I just gave up! I saw two dermatologists and was prescribed ointments with urea and salicylic acid and after almost three months my foot hasn't completely healed yet. I'm taking the time to write this review so that hopefully other people won't have to go through a similar experience.

Who ever reads this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,shambolic is an understatement. If I could give no stars I would . Customer service is shocking.

Awful!!! I ordered a [Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate (Various Sizes) - 120ml - Price £108.50] on 8th Feb 2021. Delivery was on time. However, the item came with a broken bottle, a missing glass piece, plus destroyed sealing tape on the bottle lid. After contacting the customer service for a few days, a return and full refund were agreed upon. However, when I took the parcel to the post office, I was told that I had to pay the postage for the return, although I stuck the return note with the barcode provided by LF. So, I had to take the parcel back and sent an email to LF on 3rd March 2021, asking about the postage of the return. So far till now, I haven't received any response on this issue yet. Had to re-email to LF customer service and leave a message on the LF web, plus leave reviews here. Hope LF could see the messages and sort out the problems ASAP.

Really unhelpful customer service! Waited over 5 weeks for my order to dispatch. Ended up having to just cancel my order! Still waiting on my refund... sooo frustrating to deal with! Constant chasing them!

I'm still waiting for my product don't care where you are located getting ready to contact the better business Bureau if I don't receive my package or money back on my account sick of your false advertising that's why I deal with Dermablend who. Is reliable
