“Ordered some Boglins from them as they were supposed to be the only UK stockist according to Tim Clarke on Facebook (Which turned out not to be true). Was a bit annoyed that they charged £40 for a Dark Lord Boglin when 365 Games charged £34.64. Other negatives were they took money upfront despite it being a pre-order 4mths in advance of delivery and didnt offer a simple 'cancel order' button on their customer logon. When i finally got delivery of the item Royal Mail dropped them off at 7:08am and left them outside my house next to the bin / public path in the pouring rain (Fortunately they were in a clear bag so protected from water). Not a great experience, would be discouraged from using them again.”

“I am very disappointed by Lost Universe. I preordered a Boglin last May, and was supposed to get it at some point in August, and never got it. I never had any update about the delay. I contacted them but their customer service representatives are not consistent: One says it's out of stock, another one says It's been shipped, but I never had any update or information about the shipping, whereas I am supposed to be informed by text and mail. I used to be fairly happy with LU but now I wouldn't recommend this website at all.To me, the transparency and shall I say, the honesty, seem to be questionable.”
