I purchased the boba fett led wall light for a gift. I am absolutely amazed by the the quick delivery very well packaged and very very pleased with the this .excellent.

Bogglin arrived damaged and with no extra padding in the box so it was free to bashed around in transit. Customer service wasn't helpful at all. Won't buy from here again.

Ordered some Boglins from them as they were supposed to be the only UK stockist according to Tim Clarke on Facebook (Which turned out not to be true). Was a bit annoyed that they charged £40 for a Dark Lord Boglin when 365 Games charged £34.64. Other negatives were they took money upfront despite it being a pre-order 4mths in advance of delivery and didnt offer a simple 'cancel order' button on their customer logon. When i finally got delivery of the item Royal Mail dropped them off at 7:08am and left them outside my house next to the bin / public path in the pouring rain (Fortunately they were in a clear bag so protected from water). Not a great experience, would be discouraged from using them again.

I didn’t even get the correct item, I was advised that my correct order was meant to be shipped on Friday but I haven’t received any email

I am very disappointed by Lost Universe. I preordered a Boglin last May, and was supposed to get it at some point in August, and never got it. I never had any update about the delay. I contacted them but their customer service representatives are not consistent: One says it's out of stock, another one says It's been shipped, but I never had any update or information about the shipping, whereas I am supposed to be informed by text and mail. I used to be fairly happy with LU but now I wouldn't recommend this website at all.To me, the transparency and shall I say, the honesty, seem to be questionable.

Items I have recieved are really good, but do not buy and pay for pre order items - I have been waiting over 2 months now and emails from them keep saying they are due in and then nothing!

Ordered an item that I was meant to receive in September due to pre release and still not received it and when questioned where my parcel was I was informed its not not available until November,had no email informing me of the change of date.

Still waiting for a preorder item, been waiting around 5 weeks now, with no updates to when it will be back in stock! This was a gift and I’m still waiting ! Would of like to of been kept updated on roughly how long the wait would of been as I would not have ordered if I knew it would take this long still no sign of being dispatched either !
