Ich hab die Seite geschlossen wieder neu aufgerufen, auch hier wieder Artikel nicht verfügbar. Also die KI Antworten sind nicht hilfreich. Auch nach nochmaligen Hinweis, dass der Artikel nicht bestellbar ist, gleiche Antwort. Dann später direkte E-Mail und mir wurde wunderbar geholfen. Danke!”
“The products are beautiful and I’m very happy with the quality of the materials. Fortunately, everything arrived complete and in good condition.
Unfortunately, my experience with the delivery was not as positive. The parcel arrived very badly damaged and partially open, with the box, packaging and tape torn in several places. I also had very little tracking information throughout the delivery process. I even registered with GLS to receive shipment updates, but did not receive the expected notifications before the parcel arrived.
I have already contacted Lotuscrafts by email and sent photos showing the condition in which the parcel was delivered, so they are aware of the situation.
It’s a shame because I’m genuinely very happy with the products, but I do feel that the shipping and delivery experience could be significantly improved”

“Ich habe die Matte PURE in Aubergine bestellt. Die Lieferung und komplette Abwicklung war sehr gut. Der Grip der Matte ist super, kein rutschen mehr, auch nicht wenn man verschwitzte Hände oder Füße hat. Einziges Manko und deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne, man sieht fort jeden Schweißfleck auf der Matte und bekommt diese auch schlecht weg.”
