“The promo that I was suppose to get didn't apply it was false advertising. The way it was stated on the website was as if I was supposed to pay a certain amount but after I reached out to customer care they said it was for a paperback not a hardcover which was not disclosed on the website and all that they said was they apologize”

“LoveBook was fun and easy to make. The end product was pretty cute. I needed it in a hurry, so I chose the fastest and most expensive delivery. It was still came a day latera than it should have. Several pages had wrinkles and crooked black lines in them. It was partly my fault for not planning ahead. I would give LoveBook another chance if I planned ahead and didn't choose Rush Delivery and see if the quality came out better without the rush.”

“The book turned out great. However I tried the matte soft-touch covering and was not happy with it. Although it's a nice cover, there were 2 bubbles in the top corners that can't be fixed. I was highly disappointed.”

“I loved being able to make the characters. I wanted to edit a few of the words Anna sentences throughout the book. Also, it would have been nice getting a recommendation on adding pages. It’s a beautiful book, just needs more personalization options.”

“Site is very difficult to use on mobile or small tablet. The front page binding glue made the inner page stick further on to the first page than the rest of the book pages. Print quality was decent. Processing/shipping was on par. Did not receive tracking info or link to track, so I had to go to the order page to find it. I feel it is a little over priced for the overall product. Would have felt better if shipping was included.”

“I absolutely love this book. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the cover because the glossy layer is peeling off at multiple points and that is how the book was delivered. If I knew the paperback would arrive like this, I would have upgraded to the hardcover. The book also arrived with a deep horizontal crease on the front cover near the spine side of the book, but that may have been caused from the delivery process.”

“I like my book however in the preview it showed each page of what my book would look like. I did not expect that there would be a blank page opposite each page of writing once I received the actual product. It makes the book seem incomplete for my personal liking. For that I'm disappointed due to the amount I spent on this personal endeavor. I'm not confident in presenting to its intended receiver.”

“I absolutely love the book, Beautifully printed, bright, exactly how it looked in the preview. Just was not happy with the shipping time. I paid extra to have it here before Valentine’s Day and received it 4 days later and was told I would get a refund and never received it. So a bit disappointed.”

“Expensive, but the content is nice, the concept is cool too, overall satisfied with the product, despite some printing issues. To make it better, if the book is going to be over $80+ Much better print quality is expected. The colours are greyed and the tones are much colder than what I had expected. Paid extra for the matte hardcover too and that wasn’t the greatest. But lastly, I just wish the preview was a better reflection of what was printed - the text and page order was correct but the book had placeholder pages between each of the created pages which did not show on the preview I approved. Not a big deal, it’s still a good book, but had it shown that before, I would have arranged it differently.”

“My hubby loved it but spelled one word wrong wish I was told by you. There should be spell check Also the member club thing should be more detail along with shipping prices which I found to be nuts I would tell people shot you but explain prices advertised isn't correct and to develop pages there is no help to create it you just his select and re do over n over again It will take days to create page by page Nice idea really is Just need more clarity with prices More help creating pages understanding options ways to design a picture along with spell check Bc each page is think done but will do numerous times and sometimes won't be able to see error Should also advertise correct telephone number on site that works Overall cute idea ok options Prices error Shipping crazy pricing No number to call for no help with creating your project nor a guide app to assist”

“I ordered from this company two books so the rating of three stars is for both orders. First order was a few years ago for my boyfriend. I ordered a book for Christmas with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Unfortunately my order got stuck and I saw absolutely no movement with the order. Couple of day before Christmas I sent the company an email asking whether the book arrives for Christmas or not. They replied quickly saying there were "technical difficulties" (more like they forgot about my order) but they printed and shipped as soon as they realized there is a forgotten order. Sadly, the book arrived next year and was not properly glued to the hard cover. So even though my boyfriend- now husband loved the book my first experience with ordering was very disappointing. 2 stars Anyway this month my husband proposed to order a book for his mom's birthday and luckily everything went smoothly this time. The whole process took approximately two weeks and we were getting updates about our order all the time. The book brought tears of joy and happiness. It was absolutely worth the price! 5 stars. So to sum it all up: unless they forget to print it out and send on time the book from LoveBook will be an amazing gift for your loved one. I would recommend to order from this company but maybe keep an eye on the timeline and follow up with the company if you think it takes longer than estimated (especially if you are ordering for an event with a firm date).”
