“I made a book in memory of my uncle who passed. We ordered 15 books. I wish there was a discount for when you order 3+ books. It just seemed like there could easily be discounted rate for large purchases.”

“Was very well done, but the product was smaller and less colorful as was portrayed online. The page binding is flimsy, and pages come apart after the first read. Was deceiving, but still a good concept.”

“I just love the idea of LoveBook and have created and purchased three to this point. I love to add details to each page - surrounding items, facial expressions, arm and leg movements - however, I have found that there is a lack of face/head shapes, eye shapes, and definitely body shapes to choose from. The odd form of the body's bottom half is really strange, whether in pants, or dresses, etc. I think it would be MUCH more effective to have more typical face shapes, hairstyles, etc., rather than having SO MANY kind of off-beat styles. As I said, I do love the creative side of LoveBook, but I find it difficult to create characters that look much like my real life characters.”

“The delivery date was fake, so the present arrived late. Though the book's quality was nice, but it arrived a little bit dirty (in glue or something of a kind, not possible to remove)”

“I am giving this gift to my girlfriend on the 30th of this month for our anniversary and I wanted to double check the quality of the book before hand, so I took a look. The book feels very flimsy and seems like it wont last more than a couple flip throughs before falling apart. I hope this is not the case as I want her to keep this a long time and enjoy it but I cannot help feeling a bit skeptical.”

“so the overall concept is great! Not trying to be a fuddy duddy, but there were two technical errors. 1) there was a consistent smear in the same spot on multiple pages in the beginning. Not sure exactly which ones. The graphic\ink or press mustve had some interference, but it eventually clears up to clean pages. 2) there was a typo. The line\quote was,."are you in the mode for a quickie?" I believe it should be ,"are you in the mood for a quickie?" other than those, i really like the style\ motif of the book.”

“I ordered two books for different occasions from you and they are basically the same book. Pretty disappointed. I seriously doubt I will be ordering another since I already have two of the same. I would think for the money you could use a little imagination and come up more of a different story line for different occasions. I'm going to write my own book now.”

“the delivery time was perfect, but I found this time more limited the designs of pages and the printing was worst than the last time, paper weight was thinner and the printed using every page, last time, the fill one with color and the work on the other so the book was more sturdy and with better paper quality”

“The book is absolutely stunning. The shipping process is what makes the experience less than desirable. This company uses an unreliable mail carrier that will be their demise in the long run. Most of the bad reviews from customers are related to shipping, not to the book quality. My book was delivered two days after the promised date and the package appeared to be mishandled because the cover was bent in some places. I think Lovebook charges enough for its product and for shipping, so, to me, it is unacceptable to receive a final product in less than a perfect condition.”

“If you choose express shipping - be aware it may take 3-5 business days regardless. Love book didn’t refund my shipping order which wasn’t great. Edit after response from company: they refunded a portion of the shipping. their response made it sound like they refunded the entire thing, not very professional.”

“I did all the work for my seconded book. I placed the text on the left page and beside it was a picture I created with your icons. I checked and rechecked the book several times each time I did a page making sure the entire book was perfect. The text was always on the left side and the picture part was on the right. This was particularly helpful when arranging, where it showed the book 2 pages at a time. No where did it say that during the arranging that no text would be allowed on the left page. When I received the book I was disappointed to see the text was on one page, and you had to turn it to see the picture page. I did not like this because I made it for my granddaugter and she is 6. I wanted to be able to read the left page while she looked at the right page with the picture. I was going to call LoveBook Company and complain because I thought it was a mistake, but I decided to look and read everything on your site first to see if it said anything about not allowing printing on the left page. Sure enough, there it was in the FAQ's. Why you don't print on the left side, you did not say. I believe that there should be some kind of notification on the very first page where editing is done that notifies the book creater that text on the left page is not allowed. I want my book reprinted. Is that possble? I am a member. This is the second book I have purchased.”

“Update 1/9/2020: I received the books yesterday in the mail. Just wish I would have received them before Christmas as was promised, so my husband would have had something to open on Christmas Day. Thank you for making it right. I ordered my husband’s love book for his Christmas gift on 12/18, and paid a extra $20 to make sure we received it by Christmas like it was promised. Today is January 1st and still haven’t received anything. This seems like a scam to me since the tracking info never seems to change when I check it daily and no one can answer why it hasn’t shipped yet.”

“I would rate higher but didn’t realize the coupon book had to be reviewed. It has a different name in it. Please add notes to the different items to remind customers to review all text in your items.”

“The quality of the book itself is good, i paid extra for the faster delivery, my book didn't arrive on time and I had to chase up what was happening to it. Granted the person I spoke to via email was helpful and went out of their way to help but I was a little disappointed to not have received it on time, considering it was for an anniversary gift.”
