“My hubby loved it but spelled one word wrong wish I was told by you. There should be spell check Also the member club thing should be more detail along with shipping prices which I found to be nuts I would tell people shot you but explain prices advertised isn't correct and to develop pages there is no help to create it you just his select and re do over n over again It will take days to create page by page Nice idea really is Just need more clarity with prices More help creating pages understanding options ways to design a picture along with spell check Bc each page is think done but will do numerous times and sometimes won't be able to see error Should also advertise correct telephone number on site that works Overall cute idea ok options Prices error Shipping crazy pricing No number to call for no help with creating your project nor a guide app to assist”

“I ordered from this company two books so the rating of three stars is for both orders. First order was a few years ago for my boyfriend. I ordered a book for Christmas with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Unfortunately my order got stuck and I saw absolutely no movement with the order. Couple of day before Christmas I sent the company an email asking whether the book arrives for Christmas or not. They replied quickly saying there were "technical difficulties" (more like they forgot about my order) but they printed and shipped as soon as they realized there is a forgotten order. Sadly, the book arrived next year and was not properly glued to the hard cover. So even though my boyfriend- now husband loved the book my first experience with ordering was very disappointing. 2 stars Anyway this month my husband proposed to order a book for his mom's birthday and luckily everything went smoothly this time. The whole process took approximately two weeks and we were getting updates about our order all the time. The book brought tears of joy and happiness. It was absolutely worth the price! 5 stars. So to sum it all up: unless they forget to print it out and send on time the book from LoveBook will be an amazing gift for your loved one. I would recommend to order from this company but maybe keep an eye on the timeline and follow up with the company if you think it takes longer than estimated (especially if you are ordering for an event with a firm date).”

“The books are super cute. My first one came defective and pages were loose. I tried to get an exchange prior to the holiday it was purchased for and they sent it like a week after the holiday happened. Not helpful for the occasion. Before receiving the second book, I told them to just forget the exchange and provide a refund since the holiday passed. No response and just got the book. Too expensive for that quality.”

“The idea is great. I love how you can customize any page, the possibilities are endless. However, I really wish the images were on both sides of each page. Instead each one is one sided, which results in so many extra pages/uses too much paper. Also the price is extremely steep. If it was more reasonable I would definitely do this again.”

“The book is nice and it was delivered really quickly, but it’s ridiculously expensive. It’s ok for a one off present but I don’t think I would purchase any more. I went for the 20 pages minimum and I spent almost £ 50. It can’t really be a present in itself, you need to give the person something else which means you will end up spending a lot of money.”

“Well, I have ordered here before and I adore this concept. As I made another one I had receive my book but has a glitch on the front cover of the book. Our legs are glitched in a jumping motion as the legs of us two standing together are straight legs as well. But other than that it was cute and my partner loved it. But yea. Bummer it has a glitch on the front cover of the book.”

“The custom design work is really fun. It's a decent value for the price. The book I ordered is coming apart at the binding already after only looking through it twice though. Be careful what you order.”

“What I liked: the whole idea of a customized book is so unique and perfect; may objects to chose from (although less colorized ones than black/white ones); customer service is perfect, helpful and responsive; quality of the final product meets my expectations What I disliked: while the interface is easy to use, the functionality and customizability is limited. I’d like to have for example more background, more colors of backgrounds; to align pages and content better I’d like to have had a grid or ruler function (like in Microsoft PPT); deleting pages shouldn’t be so easy; more fonts, more colorized objects (green grass, flowers); spellcheck function shouldn’t be hard to integrate (using e.g. grammarly); I think it is legitimate to make this website a program to download to your PC, like other photobook softwares (e.g. CEWE)”

“Fast delivery and great service. Book itself: pages in the book look a bit cheap printed. It's a good gift but the actual quality of said pages is low and seems to be done by a cheap printer on cheap paper.”

“I liked the book, but I paid $20 in s&h for a faster delivery that turned out to be pretty much as fast/slow as the cheaper options and when I reached out to customer support I didn't feel very satisfied with the resolution.”

“I liked how the portal generates templates for you based on questions asked. I also like that you're able to start on blank templates and the features it has like adding objects, changing font, color, etc. I reached out to an associate to ask if you could undo deleting pages of a book and they said no. It would be super helpful to have that as an option since it can take a long time to create one page but it's so easy to accidentally delete a page and not be able to undo that. Super devastating. I also wish this has "auto correct" since you look at the book for hours sometimes working on it, it's easy to miss easy grammatical or spelling errors. Lastly, it should have an easy "center" of images and text boxes to see if things are at center of the page. My book was delivered damaged on the upper corner which is a huge bummer given how long it takes to get here and all the work it took to make it. Also, one of the pages printed with a white blob on it.”

“The book was fun to put together, lots of great options. I paid extra to have it delivered to my wife on our 15th anniversary and it arrived a few days late. When I talked to LoveBook, they basically just shrugged and said they couldn’t help me. Very disappointing ending.”
