“Initially I was excited when I have seen the Ad on Instagram, loved it and ordered the love book and the Digital copy. I liked the digital copy but the print that was delivered a week later was too fragile, the binding was too weak. I did not like the printed copy at all - WASTED $58 for a fragile book which got spoiled even before gifting it.”

“I bought this as a gift to my fiancée as a 1 year anniversary gift, so it was important to me for it to be right and recap our entire time together. I thought the packaging was awesome, cute...perfect! The book was absolutely fantastic....with one crucial exception - some of the pages were definitely not in the spot they should’ve been. I made sure to double check e layout prior to accepting and submitting it, but mistakes happen. Overall, a great experience! Just make sure those QC people are on the ball as well.”

“My wife really enjoyed the LoveBook for Valentine's day. Only problem is that when they shipped the first time it was returned back to them because they shipped to an incomplete address (they left off the lot number at the RV park where we are staying). If it had not had to be re-shipped and had arrived on time I would have given FIVE STARS *****. All in all it was a good experience. Customer service was decent and the book is a very nice keepsake. I would recommend them and will probably use them in the future for similar gifts.”

“I liked creative idea in this product and options to make it you own and even upgrade the purchase of you want. Ordering a custom product was easy and took little time. The price was a little higher than some other similar product, but not as high as others. Customer service was also quick to respond to my questions. However, getting my purchase to me within the estimated date has taken away 2 stars. The reason was that the book did not pass quality inspection from the printing partner. Quality does not mean in just the product alone it means the while experience. From initial ordering, customer service and delivery of product. I give you props for ensuring the item I ordered has the quality the company stands behind. Hey cudos to you, but when my purchase is delayed to be delivered in twice the time as estimated then the quality in the item diminishes because it will always be connected to a not so good experience. People order things like this sometimes to celebrate a special occasion as did I and that occasion was ruined by the delay. I was offered free shipping but, what about offering over-night shipping for my bad experience? Not offered from customer service. Great product and creative but, poor resolution offered.”

“I loved the book but have marked you down for two reasons: 1) The website was very slow when I had more than 60 pages in the book. 2) I paid extra for expedited shipping so the arrival date would be before Christmas. Unfortunately it did not ship until after Christmas so I did not have a physical gift to give.”

“The book had some sticky material on the cover. I am sure from the packaging but considering how expensive the book was I would expect it nice and clean. Also I am not happy with the masculine clothing choices in Lovebook.”

“The product I received was perfect. Unfortunately it arrived a week later than my expected date and after the date that I needed it for, and that was with expedited shipping. Customer service was great however. Refunded my money for the expedited shipping and still shipped it 2-day.”

“It is a really cute concept, but too pricey in my opinion. Also I paid extra for express handling and even with that, it took an exorbitant amount of time to get. If you are considering this, order well in advance.”

“The book was great, I love the way it turned out, but it just happens my boyfriend also got me the same book. It was nice to see the differences. But his came with a box and bag and mine did not come with anything and I was embarrassed because his I had a much nicer presentation and I felt like a jerk because mine did not.”

“Rather disappointed, not with the final product, but rather the process. Paid an additional 20% of the item’s value for speedy shipping, as it stated it would be delivered the day before Valentine. After ordering, It stated the delivery was estimated for the 11th of Feb, which positively impacted my scepticism of buying a product suggested through a targeted Instagram Ad. Yet the reality is, neither of the presumed/expected dates of delivery were accurate, and therefor resulted in additional costs paid on my behalf which were/are not worth it. The result is its 2 (almost 3) days after Valentine, my gift didn’t arrive (apparently still in (Czechia)... and I regret paying 80+€ on a gift which unfortunately will no longer be appreciated to the same degree, as the date and emotion associated with Valentine’s Day has come and passed. Hopefully the book is good though, the idea is flawless and fingers crossed the execution is on point, so I can still put a smile on my significant other’s face.”

“When personalising some of the pages there seemed to be a glich where I could not change the wording. This was very frustrating as i tried many times to alter them. So book wasn't quite as personal as I wanted. But because it was for valentines day and because the process is so time consuming I had to make do with the result. The quality of the finished book could not be faulted.”

“Although there is a warning to edit your own book before submitting pages,there should be a spell check option. Published books in real life have editors because this is such a common mistake that writers can make. I spent over $100 on my book and had to throw it out because of the spelling mistakes that I missed.”

“The book was very nice and I really enjoyed making it. The poor shipping and aggravation I experienced from your Customer Satisfaction and lack of support makes me regret that I am a subscriber. Even with the future discount as a member, I no longer see myself using your service. Not being able to speak to a live person only added to my angst.”
