"we booked our holiday at the beginning of December, only three weeks later I received an email confirming the hotel, but not airline tickets because they did not have them for us at that time, we were offered a flight at 6.50am, but I refused due to the 3-year-old. we chose the more expensive option to have a flight in the afternoon. love holiday gave us the option of staying in a hotel or giving up. We resigned and since then there has been no contact. After several attempts to recover my deposit, I was blocked. It may be a little cheaper but as long as there are no problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never use it again."
