I’d read so many bad reviews but we had no problems. We knew the hotel we were booking so had no problems. We took the correct insurance to cover everything Covid related etc. yes it’s difficult to get through to an actual person but spoke to someone on their chat option and it was all clear.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this travel agent had an amazing week in dubai booked by this company. Can't thank them enough Raffles the palm. Absolutely amazing hotel. Would also recommend booking at this resort. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to all staff. You were all amazing and the owner should so proud of each and everyone of you. . 01.07.22 to 08.07.22

I had to cancel my holidays due to my mom accident and health condition. They helped me out to cancel the holidays with no fees. Friendly service, really helpful. I would definitely book another holidays with them once my mom gets better. :)

I've booked had no problem at all all my son had full refund when he's holiday got cancelled due to Covid pandemic, when we booked we choice Jet2 flight because loveholiday only put your holiday together once booked and problem with flights you have to to your flight provider that's why we choice Jet2 we will email hotel just before we go just to make sure but we have not had any problems emailed us with in minutes to confirm booking also sending us voucher and transfer voucher to print or at to phone but we will print, then Jet2 sent our flight details and if we want to add anything like seats together food on the plane extra leg room to contact them not love holiday using your ref number my family travel with love holiday all the time but they just put your holiday together so be aware when you book with .them .

Just booked less then 10 days ago paid half of our holiday .unforseen circumstances we have tried to cancell.will not give us our deposit back and have asked for 115 pounds as there is a shortfall to the package holiday .what a complete robbing dog farce .you cannot contact them by phone all as to be done on Web site .there is no compassion. They are insensitive we are now over 400 out of pocket please stay clear of them utter utter robbers my daughter was in tears there was no help from this company at all. There is no cooling off period do not book with them .when it looks like it is to good to be true it is .stay clear .

S.Brown Just spent two weeks over christmas in fueteveventra with your company had agood holiday everthing went to plan hotel good food good plane home a bit hap hazzard but thats not your fault blame jet 2 thanks for a god time

I have always had a positive experience with love holidays and have booked over 14 holidays with them. From reading the 1 star reviews, it is not Love Holidays fault, but the consumer who has not read the terms and conditions properly, lost money and are venting their frustrations! I have had 4 holidays cancelled due to covid and have recieved refunds or credit note each time. I cancelled my most recent trip myself due to new restrictions as I am an NHS nurse as cannot have time off to isolate whilst waiting for PCR tests, and as the T&C`s state, I would lose my deposit and have to pay a cancellation charge. But I knew this when I booked HAVING AGREED to the T&C`s when booking. Customer service have always been helpful. Will not hesitate to continue using.

We have had to amend our holiday to New York this week due to covid changes and work commitments! We spoke to a few agents who were helpful but one called Leanne went over and above! Amazing person so friendly and so helpful and sorted us out! Thank you to Leanne for such wonderful customer service! Excellent! Jessica Hodges

Just returned from our Croatia holiday, there was a -38% discount, jet 2 flight and a 4 star hotel everything was perfect and the price was fantastic, can’t fault loveholidays, 10/10

I have used love holidays twice a year since 2012 and can honestly say I have had no problem with them at all I have always payed the price I booked for never anymore and the 2 holidays last year that couldn’t go ahead because of COVID I was refunded in full back into my bank for the hotel and was payed back direct from jet2 for the flights within 4 weeks I will continue to use them as I have no complaints and they have always communicated with us through email also we pay a lot less for our holidays

I have read a lot of negative reviews RE: love holidays, So I must be one of the exceptions, because I have found Love holidays to be reliable , honest, and very helpful, I live in Australia and I thought after reading the reviews that I had little to no chance of getting a refund, because the Australian Government has banned all overseas travel necessitating me to cancel three holidays I had booked through Love holidays, and to my absolute delight , I have received all my monies refunded into my credit card account. If and when Things settle down ( COVID19 ) I will have no hesitation in booking through Love holidays believing them to be a company of integrity. D.Mcc. (Australia )

We booked a hotel in Dubai for March 21, I was very apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews regarding love holidays but we have had fantastic service. They confirmed 2 weeks before we were due to go that they had cancelled our reservation due to the pandemic. We were told we would received a refund within 2 weeks of our departure date. We were due to depart on 31/03 and we have our money in our bank account today 03/04. I wanted to write a positive review after Love holidays seemingly letting a lot of people down at the beginning of the pandemic. Lets hope they learnt from them mistakes.

My family and I were booked to go to Sicily last August, with a package deal through loveholidays. Due to the pandemic, we decided to change the date. This was both easy and stress free, we did not have to pay any surplus charges. We were due to go on the 2nd April this year and this has been cancelled, due to the pandemic. We have just received a full refund for both the Easy Jet flights, transfers and accommodation from loveholidays. We had to apply for the refund for the flights directly with Easy Jet and the rest through loveholidays. It was all very straightforward. I just wanted to say thank you and we really appreciate that we weren't even charged an admin fee. We have been refunded every penny that we paid. You hear so many awful stories but loveholidays have always been really reliable and provided us with some fantastic holidays. We will definitely rebook this holiday next year. You can trust this company and I hope that they thrive again once life returns to normal. Thank you again,

We were supposed to fly in September 2020, however due to current circumstances the hotel was closed and the flights were cancelled. Thanks to LH we got full refund that took some time but without having to chase them. We went on a few holidays before and never had to experience any dissappointment. Will definitely book with them in the near future. People that give bad reviews should try to fit in their shoes first as it is not easy to deal with hundreds of thousands requests at the same time, they are humans end of the day and struggle just like many other busseneses at the moment.
