“Ease of booking. The vehicle that was sent to collect us on the return journey had a high step that was very difficult for me to manage. There appeared to be a lift at the back but when Adrian asked if we could use it to get on board the driver indicated that we could not. Once on board the vehicle there was no engagement with us, no asking if we’d had a good holiday which, whilst not entireley necessary, would have been good customer service. On arrival at the Airport I found disembarking from the vehicle extremely stressful but the driver made attempt to intervene or help, it was left to my partner. Admittedly he didn’t rush us either and he did get the luggage out of the bus but no attempt was made to direct us to the terminal building. It would be more economically viable to send a car in future to pick up two people surely.”
