“Satisfied with most of the parts. The only part I do not like is the additional switch built-into the cable between the light and the battery. It's quite large and I need to be attach it separately with rubber bands on the loupe (not the best innovative design with too many spare parts) I have XV1 frame from Orascoptic, so its design is not the best for attaching an extra switch on the frame. One way to polish this poor design is not to have the switch designed so close to the loupe frame, but somewhere closer to the pocket where you have the metal clip. The metal clip serves its purpose to somewhat prevent the cable from running wildly around the dentist. Also the main difference between wired and wireless is the presence of the wire. If you could strengthen the cable with an additional silicone layer. It will not only strengthen its durability, but also offer a distinctive design for each dentist”

“On the downside: The light I purchased didn't work out of the box. The toggle on the cable is impractical for infection control. The new light is longer than the old one which makes it harder to fit under a faceshield. The battery is only supposed to be charged for 3 hours at most. This time frame makes it difficult to do. I am looking into separate timer options that may allow me to plug the battery in overnight and yet only have it charge for 3 hours. On the upside: The customer service people are very helpful and work to resolve problems. The battery pack has fewer joints and seams which makes it easier to clean and I can operate it with my elbow which means I don't have cross-contamination issues by using my gloves.”

“Every thing about the light is great , but when i attached my light to my Loups its gets double vision I don’t know why , and to fix it i had to wire my loups and make them tight this trigger another problem the screw is punishing my area in between my eyebrows and make mark and it’s hurting , i had to put a putty on the mount to reduce the pain from it and still hurt after using them for while”

“I received my cordless light first. I loved it. Although it is not as bright as I would like. Then my ergoprisms came in. Mounting the light was a pain in the neck. No one was able to explain how to do it, so in my frustration, my husband forfeited it out. The loupes themselves are very different. A learning curve, for sure! I still have tightness between my shoulder blades when I use them. I’m hoping that subsides once my body gets use to using new muscles. I’ve had them 2 weeks now.”

“They will try to charge extra for every little thing. $43 for expedited shipping that will only arrive one day earlier. Really? $43 more for a little tiny light to be shipped? Regular shipping was already quite expensive for such a small item. Student discount is weak ($45). I think students should at least receive 20% off, 25-30% off is fair IMO.”

“So far, so tood. Long battery life. My only gripe is they didn’t factor in side shields on glassescmake it difficult to keep quick touch button secured with supplied rubber bands.”

“The reason for a new battery is the previous battery needed repairs-luckily it was under warranty. My light still acts up and doesn’t turn on until I connect and reconnect stereo plug in! Love your light and I hope your batteries will continue to work for me. Thank you Please communicate about the repair battery I sent back! I also sent 2 other batteries to repair (previous purchase from you) and I haven’t heard from your technician about the repairs- Again thank you for your attention repairs”

“The cordless light is not easy to turn on and definitely not as bright. I bought it bc the cord kept getting stuck but I don't know if I’ll be using it as much given its lower brightness. I liked the cord they used to make it was much shorter. Dont know why they cant do a short cord.”

“Haven’t used light yet but looking forward to it! Seems very bright and light weight. Haven’t received my loupes yet to try out the light. I was disappointed that the dentist I work with received exact same loupes for $460 (I paid $500 and mine came in simple, small cardboard box.) and hit a nice storage case included with that price. Ordered it same time and did not get that same price. Would like if I could get difference in price discounted.”

“Wish it came with a lens cloth and the rubber in the case is cut such that the goggles can fit without having to detach the headlight and battery”
