The short term carpark is a close distance to the terminal that takes about 3 minutes to walk. Very convenient.

Even though I pre-booked I was not able to exit the car park without first contacting support to get the barrier raised. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

Had to use a different car because the one I had booked in got a puncture on the way to th airport. No problem at all.

Problem encountered on exit - ticket not recognised so screen indicated that we owed £100+ even although we had pre-paid. Pressing the Help button did not result in any assistance first time around so we had ring contact number for advice and were told that the ANPR system had probably not worked although the Reg. number appeared on our ticket. Following this contact we then had go back round system again and wait for response from Help service - thankfully this worked ok this time. Once the Help service responded we were able to exit but took 10+ minutes to resolve the problem.

Parked in midterm car park, having pre-booked online. On entry it was clear that the pre-booking had not worked according to plan (no number plate details printed on ticket), so set off on trip knowing that this would need to be resolved upon return. Bus service less frequent than advertised both to and from terminal. On return I had to speak to a member of staff via intercom to explain that I had pre-booked in order to get out - no apology offered, it seemed clear that this was a very regular occurrence.

They recognised the ticket and said hello Mrs H which was great, clear signs quickly parked easy access to terminal ,and the same on the way back.

Used the Airport parking for the first time instead of Park & Ride who I have used numerous times, but two damaged keys and watching the cars being driven around as if on a race track made us look for an alternative. It is much quicker and close to the hotel we stay in the night before and is much closer to the Terminal for pickup on return, which in winter months coming from a hot climate is very important. Have already booked again. P.s. When we returned we had a flat battery and the on site parking staff came and started us within minutes. Very Impressed.

The parking area is poorly maintained with bad surface and many puddles. There should be a covered walkway to the terminal

Bus shelters at the terminal provide no protection from the weather!!! Car park gets very muddy - not enough gravel. Great service from bus drivers and easy parking!

i got a chep deal for a days parking but the barrier did not recognise it and tried to charge me full cost. It got sorted but for a premium space it should wrok. The walkways are as confusing as ever and its easy to find you have to go on a detour to get out, once on foot. The road surface is rough and there was a queue to get in thrrough the drop off section. Not really worth the higher cost over the regular car park.

Prepaid and saved £45. Entry to C/P fine, spaces available near entrance and bus after very short wait. Leaving had a glitch as the ticket machine insisted I had to pay again ! As there were cameras on each of the gates I was suprised at the hold-up. Contacted operator who opened barrier after a few moments. Overall, pretty good.

Time travel is here! I've been asked to review my parking experience 2 weeks before I park! Rather than use my crystal ball, I've rated them on my last parking there which was fine (Medium Stay for a week). Buses were regular and not over full, car was there when I got back and the ANPR means no ticket needed in or out which is how the 21st century should be. Cheers

Good value for money if you book in advance and the number plate recognition sstem makes it very easy to use. I did have a few issues getting the website to work properly when I booking the car parking space but it wouldn't put me off booking again.

We have contacted Luton Airport parking and are in the process of receiving a refund. We parked in the mid term car park, having previously booked for here a few days before. When arriving home after our holiday and going to leave the car park, we were faced with a £60 charge for our whole stay, even though we followed all instructions on the booking confirmation. However, I would still use this service again.

All was fine, except that the exit machine wanted to charge us £100 when we had pre-booked. This is not the first time the technology hasn't worked!

only critisism i have it that the when i put my ticket in to the machine to exit the car park it wanted to charge me £60 when I had already paid online 2 days before . Booking online was very simple
