“All good with exception of when leaving car park...put in ticket and machine informed me I had £100 to pay although I had prepaid and hadn't ran over my time. Had to wait a few minutes to buzz the help desk and he sorted quickly. Only reason I mention is my husband uses the same car park often and he says it happens regularly. Not sure if something wrong with tickets or your database.”

“Booking didnt register when we arrived so when we returned had to speak to a man on the intercom as ticket was showing as unpaid. Apart from that an easy and simple service.”

“The barrier did not reconise our number plate, so on return we had to phone at the barrier. It took ages for the phone to be answered, but then he dealt with it instantly and raised the barrier....”

“Arrived at 6am in October parked easily in the long term carpark and only had to wait a few minutes at bus stop "2" for the bus. We were somewhat lucky as the people at the bus stops after us had to wait for the another bus due to large numbers of travellers involved. On the return, two weeks later, we had a short wait and that was it. We are using this mode of long term parking again this month, January.”

“Booking very easy, plenty of spaces available in short term. Only negative, which has now happened twice, when leaving my car is not recognised & have to contact somebody to let me leave.”

“Long queues waiting to get on transfer buses: the first bus to come along was full. Finding a parking space was difficult with no effective signing towards spaces. If you book the Longstay car park make sure you allow plenty of time for your plane to be late to avoid extra car park charges. This was the worst car parkingI have found (compared to Birmingham, Heathrow, East Midlands, Liverpool, Bristol and Manchester)”

“Excellent...easy to find, close to the departures hall, no waiting for the bus on arrival or departure and car in good order in return. The only gripe is that it was quite expensive for just a 4 day stay....but there is very little other choice apart from long stay...hence my score of 4 stars and not 5 stars.”

“Signposted to long term car park were very good parking was plentiful and well lite as we arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning it was freezing cold but bus service was excellent very frequent straight to terminal doorstep on return again faultless service will definitely be using it again why pay all that money for a cab That you can't even reply on to be on time great service thank you luton airport and bus driver's”
