“I was hesitant to order, not knowing how smooth the order would go, shipping to the US. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick processing and delivery! It didn't take any longer than ground shipping from the West coast to the East coast. It was an extremely hard to find part, and I'm glad they had it and I took the chance! I would not hesitate to order from them again.”

Hey Axel, Your order was placed on Sunday and sent express on Monday. It looks like your order was delivered Wednesday. While Australia post will generally deliver next day to metro areas different factors can affect this. I've applied a credit for the shipping amount to your account to make up for the extra day. In the future let us know directly so we can follow up with AusPost and see why it wasn't delivered next day. “The service was fantastic I'm probably an annoying customer as I wanted every part of my bike to be perfect and the guys at lux were happy to help when I'd call to swap a seat cause I changed my mind or swap out a sprocket on my new custom build.”
