“LUX BMX IS THE BEST. ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH AND THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO PROVIDE A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. ITEMS ARE ALWAYS DELIVERED WELL PACKAGED UNDAMAGED AND AS PER SHIPPING TIMES MENTIONED . WEBSITE IS VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE AND PRICES ARE GOOD. ONE TIME I MADE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME AND IT WAS ROUGHLY 20 MINUTES AFTER CLOSING TIME WHEN I COMPLETED THE PURCHASE AND UNLIKE OTHER PLACES NOT ONE COMPLAINT. “The team at Lux BMX went above and beyond for me! I was worried I wouldn’t have the bike for my little one in time this year, but the staff went out of their way to keep me updated. They didn’t just send messages—they even called me multiple times to reassure me and provide updates. Their customer service is absolutely incredible, and the turnaround time was super quick. I couldn’t recommend Lux BMX more highly! If I could give ten stars, I would. Amazing experience from start to finish! I will try to remember to upload a photo once my little one gets on!”

“after ordering the wrong colour, i got ahold of the guys and they helped sort out my issue before shipment with no hassles and made it so easy to communicate. bikes arrived before xmas and will have one happy boy!”
